Friday Jan29, 2021: Horrible - Don't waste your time. Arrived at 8:00pm and the place was a little crowded but not packed. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks and at least 45 minutes to get part of our 1st order. The hot food was cold and the the salad looked like they tried to salvaged the pieces of lettuce next the core. About 930 we started getting our second part of the order and some of the sushi order was wrong. There was one table that had been there about an hour and had not recieved anything. Right before 10PM the table was informed the restaurant was closing but they could put in orders for any remaining food they wanted because the kitchen would be closing down soon. Manager said they only had one sushi chef. While this disaster of a night was happening the manager sat at the bar instead of managing the kitchen or the floor. Several people had come in and stood waiting to be seated and no one spoke to them so they left...I guess they were the luck ones, they saved themselves the wait and the money. definitely wasnt worth it and the added 18% "gratuity" is just stealing your money. Horrible operation and terrible food. I have been to the Wickham Road location and it was bad...gave them a second chance and this was even worse. There will be no third chance.
