“We sat for awhile before we were approached for drinks. Finally the owners noticed and took our drink order. After that all was smooth, a waiter came and service was on track. Food was delicious. Cocktails were very good. Had the zucchini and calamari appetizer and beet salad to start. Tortellini, sausage and peas special was very good and filling, and the pappardelle and mushroom pasta was great. The ahi Mahi was great too.“

Our server was a wonderful young man named Will who was attentive, kind, and interacted with everyone (so refreshing in this era)! He will be requested for our next visit. The food was once again terrific!! Baked wings and lamb chops were mouth watering. I can happily say my friends and I have finally found a new “our spot” in Gardens. “Great Italian restaurant that had plenty of options. We tried the smoked prosciutto appetizer which was really bomb. I had the lasagna for my entree and it was tasty. My coworkers got some burgers and they looked very good. Another got the signature cheese pizza and it was pretty good. The drinks were nice and strong and they had plenty of tvs around playing sports. I'd definitely give this place another visit.“

“Subs are packed with meat. Nice and fresh ingredients and presented nicely. Not really a fan of the bread though. Little too hard for me. All subs are $14.95 for the most part which is a little pricey. Potato salad was not that great. I'll go back and try some of the hot Subs especially the pastrami and see how those are.“

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience when we visited the restaurant in Alton. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. “The passion of the owner is so apparent when you walk in the door. With a warm hello, you immediately feel welcome. The decor is warm and comfortable with a “Turkish eye” on each table. The service is top notch, selection of craft beer and wine is also impressive. But the real beauty is in the food. We ordered knots, a calzone, and mom’s pizza. We took home half of the food with a chicken parm sub for later. The taste of the sauce is great, and all ingredients were fresh, up to and including the dough. We were extremely pleased and look forward to our next visit.“

“Nice local Florida chain that makes limited pasta dishes and wood fired pizza place. Daily specials. Plenty of outdoor seating, very limited indoor seating. No prices on the wine either bottles or glasses. Service was efficient. The food was good, with a very nice fresh salad and a well cooked wood fired pizza that wasn’t over sauced. We would go back to this location if the weather is conducive to eating Al fresco.“

We were greeted by our server Daniel who took it upon himself to listen to our interests in cuisine and recommended some of the house speciality dishes that ended up blowing us away. This is our third time dining at Cucina Palm Beach and we always leave more than happy to return. We went ahead and ordered the Carmella di pasta appetizer as recommended by Daniel and it was amazing. The medley of sweet but savory flavors melts in your mouth along with the sheep’s milk burrata that was stuffed into the pastas. It was warm, gooey, and delicious. Following up we shared the Sorrentino chicken dish for a meal. The portions are a good size and each meal packs a punch of flavors.Throughout our dining experience, Daniel checked in to make sure everything was going well and kept our alcoholic beverages and waters topped up. It was exceptional service anticipating our needs and maintaining that fine dining feel while keeping the mood light, comical and made to feel at home. “Was craving some “real pizza” not papa Johns or dominos kinda pizza and holy cow Leo’s delivered! Literally… delivery was quick and pizza was hot. Can’t tell you enough how yummy the pizza was! Extra large was plenty for 3 people! Will be ordering again!!!“

“The food is fantastic - but I had an unfortunate encounter with the manager who stood in disbelief when I told him my order was done incorrectly. Instead of actively listening and looking at the receipt of my order, he insisted I call in my order next time. I was a bit baffled that he was resisting just getting to the solution, which was to remake my order per how I ordered it (correctly) online. He was a bit hyper focused on being in the right when the ticket was clearly broken out between two styles of pizza. Eventually, his saw the error and came out to where I was waiting to apologize, good for him he finally took ownership and stopped blaming me for their error. They essentially fixed the situation but it took a long time to get to the conclusion of the interaction. He allowed me to keep the messed up order and upgraded a fresh and correct order to the next size up and included a 2 liter soda. But he would not have had to do any of that or feel so guilty if he had done the right thing from the start - in the world of customer service (to which I was a part of for 20 years myself) you can’t afford to waste a customer’s time on the details on who did what wrong… don’t argue or escalate the situation by fixating on blame and therefore creating a very sour and frustrating experience that was tough to shake. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location unfortunately. There’s another one almost just as close.“

The restaurant was empty, but they were busy with pick up orders, so that was a good sign they were getting some business. We go out to eat often, pretty much once a week, but we had one of the BEST servers, Aida. When I tell you she was amazing, I don’t say that lightly.She was polite, pleasant, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in until we left. On the other hand, the food was delicious. We ordered garlic knots and a small margarita pizza. I’ve been to the Amici’s location in Deerfield, but this food was 1000x better than that. If I could give this place more stars, I absolutely would. We will definitely be back!“

I got the Mama Rosa sauce and it was decent, but missing something. Added chili flakes and some black pepper and it was much better.The tiramisu was very yummy, and the part I appreciated the most was that it says “Alcohol Free” on the container. I’m a recovering alcoholic, and ordered tiramisu at a restaurant a while ago, which had no mention of alcohol in it’s description on the menu, but was soaked in it. Led to a really hard next couple of weeks, and me being scared to order one of my favorite desserts anywhere else.I kid you not, those little words almost made me cry lol. I’m a vegetarian and have several vegan friends, and Antonio’s made me a meat and a vegan mostaccioli option, which the meat eaters of the group couldn’t even tell the difference between the two. The catering was very reasonably priced, and I had a pretty tight timeline they were able to accommodate as well.In addition to their catering, their store is so classic Italian deli, and I love it.
