I placed an order for delivery. my order was not delivered. the delivery person said that he was only given one item. I refused the order. he marked it delivered and it wasn't. HE TOOK IT. I called the restaurant, the woman who answered the phone said it was his fault. was very hard to get any help from her. then she said that she would remake the order but we would have to pick up. I then stated I wanted the service fee, delivery fee, and driver tip refunded. I placed the order on their website. not doordash so I have no way to dispute with doordash. she said she wouldn't refund and it wasn't their fault. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
