“This was our first visit to Moderne and it was great. I loved their small plate selections so we ordered many different ones and shared. My favorites included the raw seafood selections, duck and the sticky ribs. Our server, Steph, was absolutely amazing and I would recommend you ask for her. Since it was my birthday, the table got birthday shots at the end of the meal which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended for the food and service.“

“This place is the perfect chill hang out spot or get food after work with your co-workers. The service was great and everyone was helpful. We all came for the sweet potato fries as they are delicious and not one to pass up on. They are the perfect blend of crispy and seasoned! Truly the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. I had the breakfast burger and it was good. Nothing spectacular but nothing for me to complain about. Ya know? I was hungry so I ate it all I know I'll be back!“

The crowd is mostly blue collar and retired workers that come in to relax and enjoy each other's company. Every time I have gone in, I met great people and struck up great conversations.The bartenders are cordial and fast at their job. Prices are generally less than any other bar I have visited.The food is better than most bars and I've never been disappointed. My go-to is the cheese steak, double meat, crinkle fries, and grilled peppers and onions on the side. I try to make it a point of getting this at least once a month.The music is usually classic rock or country, not too loud. Overall, a great place to eat and relax with friends.“

“One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Orlando. I go to Orlando for work multiple times a year and the restaurants at Pointe Orlando and International Drive are all not very good. I was very pleasantly surprised when I grabbed a lunch at ‘39 before I left. I got the Mahi sandwich and it was really good…. like REALLY good. Literally the best thing I’ve ever eaten in Orlando. The fries were crispy and hot too. I would come here to eat even if I wasn’t at the hotel!“

“Ok the food is NOT amazing by any means. It is decent but I gave 4 stars for convenience and fair pricing (for a resort). We came here because we got in late and didn’t feel like going to Disney Springs for dinner. I appreciated being able to walk somewhere and get food my family could/would eat. Chicken tenders and fries for the kids which they liked. I had a burger which was decent, no complaints other than the meat quality is definitely not something you’d get at a nice burger joint. We also got chicken wings which were…ok. Flavor good, meat, again, questionable. Service was good. So if you’re in a rush or arriving late, definitely give it a try. If you have time/energy to drive elsewhere for dinner, do that.“

“We ate Splendido 3x during our stay at Portofino Bay. I ordered the fish tacos the first time and the beyond burger the next 2x. I also ordered the side salad with balsamic dressing. The fish tacos were just okay. It was definitely missing the sauce. Thats why my next visit I tried something else. The beyond burger was really good. I loved the avocado on it. The balsamic dressing for the salad was to die for. I could eat that all day, everyday. I thought the food was normal in price. The drinks were pricey but that didn't stop me. I loved that you could order and eat poolside. Everything came quickly and the staff were so friendly. I obviously would eat here again and again seeing as to how we did 3x during our stay!“

Our bartender Mari was attentive and offered great customer service, even when the POS system went down at peak business she worked through it and still managed to take care of everyone. We spent around $135 and she had no problem splitting the tab as requested. Great experience all-around. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options on the menu, including the vegan black and blue flatbread pizza, which is mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, and blue cheese.“

“Jerry's Nice & Easy Bar & Grill is definitely a dive bar ambiance and the smoke from the cigarettes hangs heavy in the air. The ambiance is what you would expect from a dive bar and has the ambiance of dive bars that I can tell you has nor really changed in decades.Again, just a warning, this bar is smokey and not in the old black and white movie setting good kind of way, but rather in a negative this smoke will live in my lungs and cling to my skin for days kind of way.Still, the drinks are cold and the staff and the regulars were friendly.Jerry's Nice & Easy Bar and Grill has been around a long time. They are not far from the airport and for me, a bit off the beaten path, but it is still a decent enough place to grab a drink if you don't mind the smoke.“

(My only complaint - in this current moment - is they no longer have tables out by the pool and we are having to feast on our towels and chairs. Not functional. Bring the tables back ) Otherwise, everyone should order a pitcher or margs, the Farmer's Salad with chicken, and the tuna tacos. Nothing disappoints. And I can say that with integrity as someone who has enjoyed most of the menu at some point.“

The food ordering system is interesting, but the menu is small, and nothing caught my eye. The punk/emo music was a nice change from typical pop music, but after a couple of hrs, it gets old and repetitive. I'd definitely come back, but with a few Hard rock/ Metal requests.“

The waitress that served our table was Julia and she did an amazing job. Julia was very knowledgeable about the menu, and she recommended that I try the Cali Chicken Club. Julia promised me that I wouldn't be disappointment in my selection, and she was 100% correct! The Cali Chicken Club was very satisfying, I would highly recommend it! “I met the new owners back when they took over this location. First thing is the way they notice the little things about food quality, customer service, and overall experience. There are many wing places around the area, but the team starting from the top values customer opinions and consistency of delivering a great food quality experience. The prices are in range with their competition, but there is hands down no comparison to the experience of this place. You can bring the family or show up for a few drinks after work. Many options in the menu including healthy choices and did I mention how great their alcohol beverages are including the Bushwhacker and Long Island. You will not regret visiting this place and do not be surprised to have old style Italian greeting from the owners to say hi and thank you for visiting their restaurant. We will be back again!“

“My wife and I while staying at the Marriott Orlando had dinner at the “Shade Bar and Grill.” We didn’t have the best experience with food and service. Being a restaurant owner, I all to well understand that every restaurant can have a bad night. I wanted to talk with the kitchen manager, being a late meal ( almost closing time ) he had already left. I went back in the morning before we checked out and asked to speak with the food and beverage manager. I was promptly greet be Michael the Restaurant manager. I explained our issues with the night before and we talked for quite some time of the new issues we have faced over the post Covid years. Michael could not have been more professional. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with him. I am leaving 5 stars not because of our experience the night before but rather knowing what great and capable hands this restaurant is in going forward.
