“Indulging in their variety of ice creams is an absolute delight – creamy, flavorful, and available in various sizes. Addition of both waffle cone and cake cone options adds a good selection of options. Unfortunately, the customer service experience falls a bit flat, earning it four stars.“

“Service was great- the employees were so kind. * My only complaint is the lack of flavors available. None of the allergy friendly flavors were available and there were only 6 tubs of ice cream to choose from. So the options were highly limited. The dining area was decently clean; but no one was working behind the counter when we arrived. The employees were sitting in the booths eating their dinner. I don't fault them for that at all- it's a reflection on the management for not having more individuals working at a time to ensure everyone gets their breaks. The sweet employee put her food down, washed her hands and came and served us; but overall I firmly believe corporate should be made aware of how this management is poorly managing their employees. Again, incredible employees. So kind. But their management doesn't have their back at all. And it shows.“

“I am a frequent customer of Dunkin' Donuts. This location is by far the best I have ever visited! As we all know, most places are understaffed. I believe the managers name is Neomi. She was making sandwiches, preparing drinks and ringing up orders all by herself! I have actually waited longer at stores that were fully staffed! People, who have never worked in customer service are quick to give bad reviews but I know exactly how that young lady felt and she did not disappoint!!!“

“I went in maybe 20 minutes ago with my family for some ice cream, coffee, and donuts and left with a smile I just had to write a review. Jalen and the nice woman (I didn’t get her name) were very attentive and worked fast, Jalen chose to share some kindness with my family and I which we appreciated. “They're always quick and courteous. I usually do mobile order so I'm never in there long, but someone always acknowledges me within a few seconds of me standing in the pick up area. They confirm I'm picking up and then what my order is. It's always out within a few minutes which I appreciate on my way to work. The drive thru line is always a mess so I never go anywhere near it. It's poorly designed so I recommend to go inside and order or mobile order with a pick up inside“
