“The staff at Premier Events were absolutely wonderful. The food was fabulous. I had so many of my guests at the wedding raving to me about how great the food was. We did the charcuterie board and potstickers for the cocktail hour that worked out great and absolutely the best way to go. The steak and chicken was perfect! And lets not forget the potatoes, holy cow those were the best potatoes around. I would recommend Premier to anyone who has a wedding or any other even coming up.“

Even when we got busy, she consistently emailed us to check in. She answered all of our questions. She was even more personable and kind in person. I would say it's the some of the best food I've ever had, and our entire family enjoyed everything from start to finish. He even made the pasta from scratch right in our kitchen! The whole team prepped, cooked and cleaned and it was the easiest catering experience I've ever seen. So good we had them come back the next morning for brunch! Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

“We hired Foodie to cater my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary party. Communicating details with Michele and Karley was pleasant over the phone and email. They put together a menu our guests loved. It really was fantastic and so tasty. Dre was the catering event manager and he was great to work with, making sure everything was set up right. He even released the tables for us so our MC could enjoy his meal. The Foodie staff was also wonderful! All great people who really made our event a party that I could enjoy too.“
