“Every time I visit this location I am very satisfied with the service. The drive through line is usually very short and the employees are very nice. I have never had issues with the food I have ordered. It is 10/10 quality Chcik-fil-A food. I have dined in, mobile-order pickup, and drive through and everything has always gone smoothly. I love getting their macaroni and cheese, as it is the best I have found from a fast food chain.“

“I don't usually go to Chick Fil A, or a lot of fast food places for that matter, let alone dine in, but I will say the food was delicious. I really came here to say that the cashier, Mya, was very cheerful and welcoming, seemed like she was enjoying her job. I'm guessing it's because the company has high standards and trains them well. Reminds me of Publix employees but even happier. The guy that delivered the food to my table was a little over the top with happiness, like overkill, by addressing me as "my friend" and then addressing the next table he served as "my friends"; not sure if that's what he was taught by management or he adopted that as his signature greeting but I found it fake and annoying. But props to Mya!!“
“Exceptional customer service. I had a rough day, came in to redeem my free sandwich from the “Fowl Shot” at the Magic game on Sunday but my app wasn’t working properly. They honored the tickets from the game and video I provided them of the “Fowl Shot” that got us the sandwiches. They went above and beyond to then serve us our food and make sure we were satisfied with everything. This Chick-fil-A location is truly unmatched. We love it here!“
“We loved this Chick-fil-A. We received our food quickly, restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly, and immediately when we walked up to the register they gave my 1 year old a toy to play with. Another plus was that their playground is open! Children were having so much fun playing while we were eating.“
“This place is busy busy busy. But, the service they offer is fantastic. I always order on the app, which makes the visit move along faster. The food is always great. The staff always has a smile. “Nothing special... my visit was ok. No one welcomed we in. Food was ok... definitely not fresh but edible. The lady's bathroom had no paper towel, and when I came out to tell a worker, they definitely didn't care to fix the problem.“

“We were a party of three. I not only enjoy Chick-fil-A for their wonderful tasty menu, but also for their consistency from store to store. No matter where you go, it seems, the food is always delicious. This time, however, two of the meals seemed like they been sitting around for a while.. definitely did not live up to my expectations for a Chick-fil-A location. And the atmosphere was good even it was pretty busy just around 12:45 PM. I’m not trying to Chick-fil-A just letting Management know that we have to watch more closely how long the food is sitting before we serve it. I’m sure there’s a balance between getting the food out fast in getting the food out fresh. We got the food fast this time around. I did notice what appeared to be the manager working very hard bringing food out to people even outside the store into the mall. You go man!“

“Orlando, FL. Excellent customer care, it’s another great Chick-fil-A. The dining area is larger and nicer than at other locations, with a mix of modern touches like pendant lighting and a glass chandelier, with wood and modern stone accents as part of the architecture. Love that Chick-fil-A still puts fresh flowers on the table. Guests today included quite a few business people meeting over lunch, a couple in gym clothes, a family with small children, etc. Because there isn’t a play room here the atmosphere is more sophisticated.I worked at a Chick-fil-A (when they hired my daughter they wanted to hire me too so for fun I agreed) and this location is doing great: great food, tables were clean (saw the person wiping a table with sanitizing wipes); the trash cans are motion sensor-activated; the young person at the register smiled, made eye contact, answered my questions and when i thanked them they said, “My pleasure,” and looked sincere.Because of its location on busy Narcoossee Rd and its smaller parking lot I thought it would be crazy inside but was pleasantly surprised to find how beautiful and relaxed the restaurant was. Also we easily found a parking spot so maybe most people are doing drive through here.Drive through goes quickly and efficiently. The couple times I’ve come through the drive through the staff has been efficient and genuinely smiled. Chick-fil-A looks to hire honor students and those who’ve done volunteer work in the community and this shows in the caliber of customer service and attentiveness shown by the team.Highly recommended.“

“This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-A's! Why? Well, it is right next to where I live, which is awful convenient, and I am the envy of all of my friends because well, who doesn't want to be close to a Chick-fil-a?!?! The locale of the restaurant is near RDV and the maitland summit area. Extremely convenient is that they share a space with a 7-11 and Wendy's. This particular location runs, unbelievably efficient and doesn't have the eternal lines that wrap all the way around the building like some of the other ones, Aka or Orlando Avenue in Winter Park that one is a nightmare! The crew at this location runs a very tight ship keeps the place rather clean, and it unbelievably efficient drive-through. Should be noted for those who care, personally I don't, but some do alas... There is no play place/playground at this location.“

The food is always great, service is fast, staff is friendly, and overall clean and good atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They have good prices for their kids meals and also good variety of options and also they have a “secret” option (not listed on the menu) to trade the kids toy for a kids ice cream cup or cone! But I will say I feel that the toys that come with the kids meal here are a lot better than most other fast food places I have visited.“

“We were looking for a place to have lunch and this was the safest one for all of us in the area. We just stopped through the drive-through and picked up a simple meal. My companions each got a number one and I went for a spicy chicken sandwich. This is my first time having this particular sandwich and I really enjoyed it. The food is the same delicious quality food found at any Chick-fil-A location. The staff did not seem very friendly but they were professional. The prices seemed reasonable for airport food. Overall, it was a good experience with good food at a reasonable price.“
