“Today I was at the restaurant and I was very well served by Bia. It was my and my wife's first time at the restaurant and she was super kind and attentive, she was fantastic. My English is not very good and I got my order wrong, and she helped me place the new order. Companies are made of people and Bia showed that she really knows how to serve people. When I was young I worked as a waiter during college holidays, so I know when someone does something because they like it. Message to Bia: continue with this love in your heart, you will go far!“

“Love the chicken sandwich here however it gets super busy and crowded indoors, I wouldn't count on getting seating if you're here for lunch.I got the mild seasoning on mine but I'd probably get medium next time, mild is just a little bland but it's good if you're really not good with spice.“

“We got a tailgate box to go, and it was perfect! Chicken is amazing, fries are great, and the sause is awesome!Parking: The resturant has an unusual parking lot. It can get pretty full when the place is packed (which it often is, for good reason!) but you're not likely to wait more than a few seconds to score a spot.“

“Every time I visit this location I am very satisfied with the service. The drive through line is usually very short and the employees are very nice. I have never had issues with the food I have ordered. It is 10/10 quality Chcik-fil-A food. I have dined in, mobile-order pickup, and drive through and everything has always gone smoothly. I love getting their macaroni and cheese, as it is the best I have found from a fast food chain.“

“This is my third time coming to BBQ chicken, and I can confidently say that the food has been consistently delicious. From the crunchy and juicy chicken wings to the crispy fries, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. However, I feel like it's important for me to let every one know that the wait was ridiculously long. My boyfriend and I ordered 16 wings + fries, but it took 30-40 minutes for us to get our wings and then another 30 minutes to get a batch of fries. There was a couple behind us who waited even longer and I felt so bad because the wife was heavily pregnant (their order wasn't a lot either). Btw there were less than 10 people dining in at the restaurant... I highly suggest ordering online but just know that you might sacrifice the quality of the food because it can go soggy (like any other hot food that stays in a container). I also want to mention that I did see a lot of order receipts that they had to complete. While I understand that their kitchen might've been backed up, I think there needs to be a better and efficient system to provide food at a reasonable time for their customers who are dining in. I've been here three times but three of my visits had made me wait 45+ minutes for my food.“

“I genuinely thought that I already wrote a review for this one but I must have missed it. We were passing through the area and had some time to kill at lunch time. PDQ is always a safe choice for us to dine as their food doesn't cause any gastrointestinal issues for my family. They weren't super busy when we got there and we got our food ordered right away. On this occasion I tried their spicy chicken sandwich minus the PDQ sauce. Instead I got some of their Sriracha to go on it. I got a side salad with my meal as I'm not supposed to be eating potatoes anymore. This is the first time I was dining in and served a side salad in it to go container. I get the lemon chili vinaigrette to top it with as it is very tasty with just a bit of heat. My companion got their usual grilled tenders which they thoroughly enjoyed. They looked a bit more well done than usual but tasted fine. We both had their fresh squeezed lemonade as it is truly fantastic. The story itself is well lit with plenty of seating, including accessible seating. There is accessible parking in the lot but not an accessible door. Employees are generally very helpful which makes a bit of a difference. “Was welcome with a smile when I walked in EVEN THOUGH I walk in 15 mins before closing. The young lady name Osh (work on front counter) was super helpful and funny. All the staff was good as well but I WANT HER to get her props cause I don’t think I would have great when it closing time. So she deserve it.“

“I don't usually go to Chick Fil A, or a lot of fast food places for that matter, let alone dine in, but I will say the food was delicious. I really came here to say that the cashier, Mya, was very cheerful and welcoming, seemed like she was enjoying her job. I'm guessing it's because the company has high standards and trains them well. Reminds me of Publix employees but even happier. The guy that delivered the food to my table was a little over the top with happiness, like overkill, by addressing me as "my friend" and then addressing the next table he served as "my friends"; not sure if that's what he was taught by management or he adopted that as his signature greeting but I found it fake and annoying. But props to Mya!!“

“We loved this Chick-fil-A. We received our food quickly, restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly, and immediately when we walked up to the register they gave my 1 year old a toy to play with. Another plus was that their playground is open! Children were having so much fun playing while we were eating.“

“Located next to a gas station so If you blink, you might miss it! This is a little hole in the wall but has amazing food! I've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have not once had a bad dish! This is typical Dominican food! Everything is well seasoned, fairly priced and generously portioned...you aren't coming here all dolled up, you are coming here to eat great Dominican comfort food. “Popped in this evening and I was pleasantly surprised by the fast service, tasty food and huge portions. Much more than a fast food place. Good quality meats and dishes at about $16-$22 a pop.Would definitely try again when in the area.We tried the lomo saltado, 1/4 pollo a la brasa, grilled, Chicken platters and steak platter. Only dish that was slightly disappointing was the quarter chicken due to its lack of moisture. It was a bit dry and rough for my taste.“

The dining area is larger and nicer than at other locations, with a mix of modern touches like pendant lighting and a glass chandelier, with wood and modern stone accents as part of the architecture. Love that Chick-fil-A still puts fresh flowers on the table. Guests today included quite a few business people meeting over lunch, a couple in gym clothes, a family with small children, etc. Because there isn’t a play room here the atmosphere is more sophisticated.I worked at a Chick-fil-A (when they hired my daughter they wanted to hire me too so for fun I agreed) and this location is doing great: great food, tables were clean (saw the person wiping a table with sanitizing wipes); the trash cans are motion sensor-activated; the young person at the register smiled, made eye contact, answered my questions and when i thanked them they said, “My pleasure,” and looked sincere.Because of its location on busy Narcoossee Rd and its smaller parking lot I thought it would be crazy inside but was pleasantly surprised to find how beautiful and relaxed the restaurant was. Also we easily found a parking spot so maybe most people are doing drive through here.Drive through goes quickly and efficiently. The couple times I’ve come through the drive through the staff has been efficient and genuinely smiled. Chick-fil-A looks to hire honor students and those who’ve done volunteer work in the community and this shows in the caliber of customer service and attentiveness shown by the team.Highly recommended.“
