“4/5/24 - This is by far the BEST chipotle in Orlando. Brandon once again greeted me with a smile. He is always attentive at making sure each one of his customers concerns are being addressed. Today, Alex made our bowls in the online order section. I mentioned to her the severe gluten and dairy allergy. She washed her hands, changed gloves, and made sure there was no cross contamination when each of the bowls were made. Alex was patient, kind, and prepared the meals with a smile. Emmanuel placed the 4 bowls into a bag and wished for me to have a pleasant day also with a smile. I can't thank Brandon, Alex, and Emmanuel enough for once again, a clean, professional, and enjoyable Chipotle experience. Hope you all have a magnificent and blessed day!“

“Went to this Chipotle after a long day of driving and walking. The Chipotle was incredibly busy but the line moved very fast. When we got to the counter, there was a sweet African American lady who was running that place like the Navy. I was in shock because I didn’t think a fast food restaurant was ever that serious. Nevertheless, she got us through in amazing time and gave us plenty of food and exactly what we asked for. Shoutout to her and the rest of the employees at that Chipotle. When I am back in Orlando, you can trust that you will see me there. Might even buy two bowls, just to have one for later. I wish corporate would transfer her to Chipotle in Jacksonville town center so she could run that place like the navy instead, because they seriously need it.“

“Came here late for a quick dinner. The drive through was super quick for my pick up order and when I got home, my food was fresh! They hooked me up. I was worried it would be slim pickings so close to closing time, but everything was perfect and delicious. Thank goodness we have quick food nearby that’s not fried.“
“Great people working however the time of business hrs is wrong. Google app says closes at 11p and even at their door says it closes at 11p however I walked in at 945p and they were already cleaning up for closing. I asked what time they closed and I was told that they closed at 10p.“
“I walked in this location right around 10pm (they're open till 11pm). They already started cleaning equipment but still has most items available except the corn salsa. I asked for a salad and the lettuce looked a little wilted (probably from sitting out all day), but the staff member threw it out and opened a brand new container even thought they were closing soon. Would go back again!“

“I pick up food from the drive thru lane at this location about once a week. They have always had the food ready on time and my order is accurate. the person handing it out to me has always been polite. I have not eaten inside so I can't rate the atmosphere.“
“A couple of days ago, I twisted my ankle, taking my mom out to dinner and when I was trying to go into chipotle today, I stepped wrong and hurt my ankle, which caused me to jerk funny and pull out my hernia now as I lay ringing on my window with the door open like a crazy person most people would have called a mental hospital, but not chipotle they came to see if I was OK and brought me water and when I explained what happened they took my order at the car and my card and brought me my food out so I didn’t even have to come in and they made it like it was the last meal of my life it really was delicious. Everything was perfect, I’ve never had such a good experience from such a bad startI believe the kid said his name was Emilio but I only heard my screams in my head so If I’m wrong I’m truly sorryThank u so much I’d give you 10 stars if I could“

As soon as I paid though, the system went down and my husband who was meeting me at the restaurant and a couple minutes behind me- was not able to order or pay for food.Parking: parking is limited, the parking lot is not the best“

But these are things that happen in fast food as the team was reduced, but we ordered and they cleaned ours.Parking: Lots of parking spaces and well signposted.Kid-friendliness: They love it. “I used to come here almost everyday for lunch after the gym for two years and some pos middle aged manager heckled me into not coming back for months. One of the last times I came there was an issue with my online pickup and veyra one of the managers helped me out and I’ve been coming back consistently since. Plus I haven’t seen that old manager around“
“Decided to pick up something while waiting for our flight in Orlando. The service, food and portion sizes were excellent. As for the atmosphere, well you're in an airport, so loud and annoying. My only real issue was of course the cost. These places are going to price themselves out of the business, because they are charging restaurant prices for takeout meals.“
