“Satisfied our craving! My mom, aunt, and I came in today for a late lunch/early dinner before they dropped me off at the airport. The service is friendly and kind, and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. As always, the food is fresh and hot and a good portion size! I got a little cheeseburger with my toppings of choice and shared an order of regular sized fries with my family. I love dipping both my fries and burger in the malt vinegar. It's addictive! Thanks for serving us--always a good time!“
“Friendliest staff! My daughter and I came in right before closing. We came straight from her lacrosse game. She said it was the best customer service experience ever! The food is always great! The fries are the best in the business. I always get the Cajun seasoning on the side. The fresh jalapeños on the burger is a must!I will keep coming back!“
“Stopped by with my wife and daughter on the way to the airport. As soon as we completed our order, a worker accidentally unplugged the cash register. They went ahead and made our order and the register never came back up before we finished eating. I tried to pay but they wouldn't allow me to. Said the manager had agreed to comp the meal which was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated but not expected. Still the best burgers made, hands down! Thanks 5-Guys!“
“Having Celiac Disease, it’s not easy to find fast food that is safe for me to eat. Staff at Five Guys is knowledgeable about gluten and turned out their fries are safe (and taste super yummyyy!!) plus they made me a burger without the bun, it was really good. The fries portion is super big!!Dietary restrictions: They have a dedicated fryer for the fries. Plus they are really careful while making the burgers to avoid cross contamination with allergens. They also put sauce on the side to make sure it doesn’t touch anything.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: My twins loved it there!“
“Smiling cashier greeted us with such a great, welcoming personality. We ordered a couple burgers which were completely customizable. The little burger has one patty while the regular has two. We opted for the regular and got a hot dog for our little one and a small fry (which was actually a huge portion) to share. Everything was made to order, came out quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious! The fries were excellent. Inside was pretty basic with ample seating and a few high tops. Open kitchen so you can watch your food being prepared. For 2 burgers, a hot dog, one order of fries and a one soda it was about $35, which is a little steeper than I anticipated, but food costs are soaring right now - so I'll pay that for fresh, quality "fast food."“
“Five Guys fries, though plentiful and well salted, always appear to be old. Idk if it's the oil or that the fries are actually old, but they're never crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside like homemade fries, and they're always brown and not golden.Anyway, still enjoyed my meal and service.“
“Some of the best food in the mall that tastes very good with large food portions and probably my favorite fries I've had in awhile. Staff was friendly and once given food you can just go find a spot and enjoy(which you will).Parking: This shop is in the mall itself so no parking, you just walk up to it.“
“I'm pretty sure that 5 guys is my favorite chain spot for a burger and fries. The double is way too large so I always get a single with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onions and a small fry. Always... hahaha I think I've been perhaps 3 times. That said, it's always fresh and super good. I've heard that their shakes are good too, I'll have to try one of those sometime.“
“There is nothing wrong with this restaurant. But the decor is very busy with bright colors and large lettering everywhere. It was really making my dates autistic child uneasy. But I have been to the location before, and I will return again when the child is not with me. (I am not an expert on autism)“
