“I wanted to write a review for the manager at this location. A driver was confused on my house to deliver my food and the manager remade my order and brought to my door himself with a brownie for free. I’m very thankful and commend him on his efforts to fix the issue quickly.Vegetarian options: The avocado sub. Pickles.“
“I walked in around 11:30 a.m today and was greeted by the workers. The lady who took my order had such a nice contagious smile which really made my day. My food was made well and it fast. According to the reciept the cashier name was Key S. I think she deserves all the praise and maybe even a raise ;)“
“I come here all the time since they opened this location and noticed a bunch of negative reviews and was confused. I've yet to have an order that was incorrect or inconsistent and I usually oder 3-4 different sandwiches for myself and my family. Staff is always very polite and typical of Jimmy John's, fast! Not sure what all the fuss is about. I say keep up the good work guys, I'll be back today in fact!“
“Great find in downtown Orlando. With all the high priced specialty shops it is good to find someone who is reasonable. Sandwich was good and prepared very quickly. Plenty of window seating so you can watch the world go by as you enjoy your tasty meal.“

“Never in my wildest dreams would I had expected the excellence of service I experienced with Sasha, Alex, and Vince I was original coming for a Lil John but being my cashier Vince was patient with me I ordered a reg combo and before I could even finish paying and get a drink my sandwich was done in lightning speed less than 30 secs has to be a world record I think it was 16 seconds and I added mayo to a #5 Vito.“
