The service help and the front of the house staff are amazing. We got the Green Menu and the courses got slow a couple of times but nothing outrageous. But, I had to 4 stars on value because I'd say it's about 10 to 15% high. But, it's Disney prices
Knife and Spoon is an expensive fine dining steak house that is awkwardly casual in it's atmosphere and ambience including the lack of tablecloths, colored ceramic plates, cheap cutlery and terrible glass ware which is substandard and detracts from the dining experience. We found the dry aged aged steaks generous in portion but very gamy. The Filet Mingon was a delicious option without being gamy. The Wedge salad is delicious as is the fresh bread. I was in during a conference, and we did breakfast here!Naturally, the ambiance was modern and comfortable. I can't say enough great things about the food, as it was fresh and flavorful. The folks here were quick on their feet and very helpful as needed! Drinks of water, juices, coffee, and teas were all tasty during my stay. Everything was top-notch and there was not a garnish out of place!Thank you for some genuinely tasty meals.
