“The inside lobby is always cleaned. The staff are nice and always greet. The bathrooms are locked but are kept locked for paying customers and it’s always kept cleaned. I believe that’s what keeps the restrooms cleaned so everyone in the public isn’t inside doing nonsense! The food is always cooked to order or at least fresh every time i come. Popeyes did a number on them bbq wings because baby im addicted!Parking: Plenty of free parking and they also have compact car parking as well. “This particular pot pies location is great The food is good as expected like it should be from Popeyes the service is fast everything's been made fresh on the several visits that I've made here to this location. The staff is super friendly polite and providing service with the smile. I did not notice any price gouge on the menu so everything is how it's supposed to be in regards to the cost. I would definitely visit again and I do plan toParking: The parking is plentiful this parking available 360° around the restaurant. There's even more next door at Taco Bell if there happens to be a super busy rush, which I have seen occur from time to time.Kid-friendliness: Popeyes does have a kid friendly menu, maybe even better than a Happy meal. I know that it's pretty nutritious. As far as the kids menu, I can say that I do trust Popeyes over a lot of other alternative, fast food spots.“

“I’m leaving this review strictly based upon the customer service that I received on Friday, March 29, 2024 from Tavares and Shamoya.Upon arrival the drive thru speaker announced that drive thru was closed and that all orders were being taken inside. My mother and I drove to a parking spot, parked the car and went inside. Once we walked in we saw the very slim and short staffed crew working tirelessly to get everyone’s order completed. By the time we made it to the register, the front counter employee apologized to us about the wait and stated they had been there since this morning and were supposed to be off hours ago but the evening crew had not shown up yet NOT EVEN The EVENING MANAGER! My mother and I felt so very bad for them and could tell the workers simply just wanted to go home but didn’t want to leave the guest unattended to. Everyone completely understood the situation and we all made sure to give them the courtesy and respect they deserved making sure not to complain about the wait times. The two employees that stood out to me the most were Tavares (front counter/drive thru worker) and Shamoya (front counter worker)..they had both been there since that morning at opening and it was now in the even for dinner rush. Neither one of them wanted to leave the other so they both just stayed and worked together despite their feet hurting, despite not having a proper break, despite being tired and simply wanting to go home to be with their individual families. That really speaks volumes about their character. I hope these two get a raise and I will be escalating to corporate on their behalf because those are not proper working conditions for anyone to be enduring in this day and age. It is so hard to find good help these days and they are proof of great workers who simply did not have the help they needed to sufficiently do their jobs. I commend the entire crew that worked this day and hope everyone is compassionated well. They all did a fantastic job and my food was still served hot and fresh despite it all.“
