“This was one of the best sushi restaurants in Orlando! The atmosphere, food, and service were all top notch. We ordered the sushi tower and a few extra rolls; and, they were all FANTASTIC. Their selection of rolls were fantastic and all within reason. A must visit in Baldwin Park!!!“

“Always have high requirement of Japanese food, first as an Asian, second Japan is a country with superb standards on everything. I always look for a good Ramen place around Orlando, it isn't so easy, but Jinya is good enough. It isn't cheap but as a chain, it tastes local, similar to some I ate in Japan. My family and I went there last week, surprisingly all foods were up to our standards. * Salmon Avocado, well combination with Soy sauce and wasabi, fresh salmon and avocado too. GREAT * Crispy Chicken, very crisp on outside and juicy inside, just a bit salty for me but fresh made, love it. Not even need to dip in the sauce. Like it. * Takoyaki, can be better but not bad. Love the octopus, soft. Have to finish before it gets cold. GOOD * Tokyo Curry Rice, Soso. Curry sauce from a package, rice was too dry and hard. DISAPPOINTED * Beef Sukiyaki Bowl, I didn't have it, my sister said it's good. * Sprouting Up Ramen, have to try this as their Home Ramen and I had great satifaction. Love them put the crispy Brussels sprouts inside. OK first the soup was at the oily side, but this's the taste of traditional Ramen soup base, so it should be like this, taste was well balanced and in right texture. Love the noodle, not too soft. Pork chashu melted in your mouth. Only criticism was the egg could be softer, yolk running. It may not be the best Ramen I had, but base on a fact of chain restaurant and in Orlando, it's good enough to go again to get the home Japanese taste. BTW, our server was friendly and helpful, love them saying Welcome in Japanese when you walk in the place, keep the tradition from Japan. Overall, if you want Ramen, it's a good place to go in Orlando.“

“It really is 5 Stars worthy! Food, service and atmosphere were amazing! The owners and the staff should be very proud of themselves. We had the chicken and steak Hibachi everything was perfectly cooked and seared. The salad and the dressing were amazing I’ve never finished a salad at a Hibachi until today, we’ve only been able to find Takoyaki this good in Hawaii and last we had a passion fruit green tea with mango popping and lychee jelly which was also amazing. And can’t forget the fried Oreos! This would be our regular spot if we lived in Orlando.“

“Top notch service and excellent Ramen! The Spicy Ramen gives me so much nostalgia for the summer I spent in Japan. ?Dietary restrictions: For the wheat / gluten-free crowd: they now have mung bean noodles as a gluten friendly substitution. I got them in the Spicy Ramen and they were delicious!“

“We got there about 20 minutes before opening and there was already a line! Thankfully we were in the first group to be seated. We ordered a variety of items but the table favorites were #1- the Domu wings (not the seasonal). Don't miss out on these! They manage to get them super crispy yet juicy and full of flavor. #2- Tokyo ramen. Fantastic combo of flavors. #3- Cheezus. Because who doesn't love gooey cheese. And corn. It should come with more bread, we had to order an additional Service was fast and friendly. Cocktails were good. Our least favorite item was the rice bowl. It was ok but not as stand out as the rest. I wouldn't order it again. We drove almost an hour to get to Domu.., I'd go back for those wings! Ps- they should open earlier! Maybe make this a lunch through dinner place. There were certainly enough people wanting to eat there.“

“Highly recommend the place - ramen is on point. Got a chance to try the special margarita which was supposed to be spicy but was on par with any other margarita - same with the old fashioned. The Cheezus is definitely shareable and very cheesy but it’s good. For the Ramen I tried the Tokyo and it’s quite flavor by itself - adding the house made bomb kicks the heat up a notch without compromising the base favlor.“

“After having been to this place a couple of times my summary is this: if it was located across town, I wouldn't make the trek. But because it is down the road from where I live, I am willing to go back for the convenience factor alone. If they had come to Lake Nona 2 years ago, it would've made a much bigger splash, but as of late 2023 we are actually getting a lot of decent restaurants in the area. They have a good variety of ramen and sushi dishes that will satisfy a variety of palates, but I do find their dishes to be a bit on the bland side and you can get better of both and many places in town. Of course, they have sauces on the side to doctor your soups up. Service is always good and the food comes out quickly.I'll admit that my opinion is somewhat clouded by the fact that they advertised themselves as being partnered with Kung Fu Tea for the whole year leading up to the open and even had the KFT supplies out during soft open, only to later dissolve that partnership for this location -- you can literally still see where that part of the sign was ripped off the side of the building.“

“I have been here twice and have enjoyed both of my experiences. The ramen should definitely be seasoned at the table to your liking, but the quality of the meat is fantastic! Can't go wrong with the fried gyoza. I'm hoping to go back and try the octopus balls soon, as they are one of my favorite appetizers to get at ramen restaurants. I also love the aesthetic of the restaurant.“
