“Today I was at the restaurant and I was very well served by Bia. It was my and my wife's first time at the restaurant and she was super kind and attentive, she was fantastic. My English is not very good and I got my order wrong, and she helped me place the new order. Companies are made of people and Bia showed that she really knows how to serve people. When I was young I worked as a waiter during college holidays, so I know when someone does something because they like it. Message to Bia: continue with this love in your heart, you will go far!“

“I was in the area of Art's Sandwiches. While waiting for my wife to finish a medical appointment I searched for a place to have breakfast. Other reviews indicated the cheese steak was highly recommended. My sandwich was full of meat and had melted cheese on a fresh soft roll. Everything tasted great and the service was fantastic.“

We went around 6:30 (they currently close at 7) and were met with smiles and suggestions for what to order.You order from a touch screen with pictures and options. From the photos, the sandwiches didn’t look like they would have the amount of meat we prefer so we decided to add to ours. The extra meat was not needed (see pictures). “I picked up my mom from the airport, we were both starving and my mom was in the mood for a tripleta! I remembered a post I saw on social media about La Tripleta Factory being one of the best in Orlando, so of course I had to check it out! I ordered a chicken empanadilla and 2 tripletas, one regular and the other one was the 100x35 triplets which included pastrami as well! Although I prefer my triplets with ham not bacon I must admit it was delicious. Everything was REALLY GOOD and MOM was NOT disappointed! Will def be back and recommend to others!“

“I don't know why it took me so long to discover this place, but I am so glad I did. This chicken philly has to be one of the best I've ever had.It's a small mom and pop kind of spot, and I love that about it. The service is excellent, I've been in three times before writing this review, and the staff has been super friendly every visit. They have a wide variety of sandwich choices and kids meal options. I've only tried a few things so far, but I haven't been disappointed by any of them. Oh, and I don't know what magic they do to those fries, but I'm a big fan. I already had a little obsession with crinkle cut fries, but this place makes it worse, LOLIf you are anywhere near or willing to drive for a great sub, I would definitely recommend this spot.“

The person on the slicer was very conscious about changing his gloves each time as he navigated from the food area to the register. As I was sitting down enjoying my food, I even watched them wipe down and clean the food area after making subs. I was truly impressed with their food safety practices, and felt comfortable consuming my food! The employees were friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed while I decided what I wanted, and they didn't give off vibes like they were annoyed. I had the gluten free bread which was really good. I enjoyed my sub 100%. The only reason it gets four stats for Atmosphere is the growing tendency for parents to come in with their kids and their ipad babysitter - which is blasting cartoons at full volume, all so that they do not have to watch the kid. Tomatoes, onions, peppers etc. You really can't go wrongDietary restrictions: It depends on what diet you're on. I personally only eat grilled chicken breast and seafood. Their tuna is great, but I usually get the grilled chicken and it never disappoints. If you are watching out on carb intake, then there are options to order your favorite meal in a bowl. I personally love the flatbread. Even for the foot long it's not high in calories. It's a better option in my opinion then eating greasy fast food.“

However to the manager with the red hair and tattoos needs to learn how to treat her employees better. She comes in and he goes to greet her and she interrupts and says “get back to work.” Then proceeds to yell at the maintenance man who is fixing their soda machine. While making sandwiches she was also degrading the new employee. Miss girl, if you don’t know how to talk to people then don’t manage in customer service!“
