Vegetarians/Vegans can enjoy this place. I had skewers (kushiyaki) of zucchini, shishito peppers, eggplants, brusselsprouts, and shiitake mushrooms. Each flavored in different sauce or spices or toppings. Texture - spot on! Visually vibrant and flavorful. I asked for shichimi pepper for extra toppings. So happy that they have it. If you like Ramen, fun drinks and plenty of nicknacks to stare at and discuss, Susuru is the place for you. The ramen was delicious and you can ask for a side of chili sauce if you enjoy your ramen on the spicer side. They have a boba drink with Sake (you can get it non alcoholic as well) that comes with a Kewpie baby and he, as well as I, enjoyed everything we ordered. A must try! The place is so so good and it's a cool atmosphere. The only thing I hate is that they don't accept reservations and don't do take out so there is more often than not a pretty big wait. But the food is BOMB. The wait sucks but the food is so good I always go back!
