Typical Dr. Phillips fancy restaurant. All show-off and cool factor. Food was OK but nothing spectacular. Service OK too. Nothing outstanding. If you like to pay high prices to look cool and surround yourself with nice-looking people, this is your place.

My wife and I arrived for dinner at 7p. Planned accordingly so as to not eat dinner too late. No waiter insight until 7:30p ish. Our assigned waiter (new at his job, according to him) came by apologized for the tardiness and we proceeded to order drinks and appetizers. I ordered smoked old fashioned, which I never got. It was ultimately addressed. Ok no problem, food so far was pretty good. Once done with our starter meals, We then ordered our dinner only to have to wait until 9p! to be told that our waiter lost the ticket for our meal selection. At this point, we've just about had it with the constant blunders, which means that our meals weren't even made. Folks before us got their food and we didn't. We calmly canceled, paid what was owed plus the proverbial automatic 20% gratuity, and we left. Never to return back!

Let’s start, the hostess should be fired, none of them looked us in the eyes while greeting, 3 girls looking at screens made me feel completely invisible. Server was very nice m, the drinks were very good. I want to recognize a female busser who was working like a machine clearing tables super fast and to the manager for being so helpful with his staff. I really appreciate and respect it. Finally, the DJ was amazing!! Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely be back

Kateryna was an amazing server, her customer service was excellent
If I could give zero..I would. Dinner reservation for 4 ppl was at 8:45. We ordered our food within the first 30 mins of being there, but somehow by 10:30 WHEN WE LEFT, the food still hadn't came out. We watched multiple tables that came after us get served their food. The worst part was the complete lack of accountability or hospitality on the servers and management's end. We had to continuously bother them for updates, and even still, their "it will be out in 2 mins" turned into 20 mins TWICE and no food! The manager or owner tried to send us cheap glasses of champagne "on the house", to make up for it...in what world is four glasses of "free champagne" from a bottle retailed for $20 making up for the inconvenience of being hungry for almost 2 hours... mind you..im writing this on my birthday. The staff was aware it was my birthday, and still the service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Lastly, the music and dj sucked. The drinks were average. The lights synced to the music gave Miami in the most ghetto way possible. Absolutely never coming back, and I will be sure to let every single person I know that ever comes to Orlando to not come here. Bless y'all's hearts. 0/10

Terrible service. Our party waited over 50 minutes for our food after putting orders in. When we asked what the hold up was, they said our food was pushed back and they didn't let us why. we don't even know what pushed back means. We were here to celebrate a birthday and we saw large parties sat after us get their food before us. The music is sooooo loud and they have a DJ on Saturday nights so it was even louder. More of a club vibe than a nice restaurant but maybe that's the scene. Update: we left after waiting an hour and a half for our food order. The owner came out, we heard various excuses but we were so disgusted seeing tables who sat way after us eat before us. The waitress said our food was late because it was "pushed back," but when we asked about the table who sat after us getting their food way before us, she said it could have to do with when she submitted our orders.... however we ordered before their party even sat. It was an extremely frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend in any circumstance.
