Brunch was delicious! I had the Colony Breakfast. Everything tasted awesome, servers were very attentive and the ambience was very cozy. The only downside was that our meal took a little time to be served, but I figure it was because it was a busy afternoon. Despite the wait, we had several employees checking at our table to make sure we were OK. I loved it and would return!
If you are a Palm Beacher, you know Swifty's but if you are coming from the other side of the bridge you may not. Housed in the Colony Hotel, with outdoor seating surrounding the pool area, this is a vintage PB spot. The food, bar scene, and people watching are all top-notch.
