Mediocre food, over priced and bland over all. They present well but other than the stuffed peppers it was bland food across the board for just under $20 per item. Waste of time and money. I'd rather eat out of a garbage can than ever eat here again.

If you like restaurants that makes you feel like you don’t matter as a patron, this is your place! This was their 3rd strike in a row for us. Tonight, half of our table got regular silverware and the other half got plastic. The server said they “ran out of silverware”. Our drinks also came out half glass, half plastic. Again the server said “they ran out”. We had 4 kids meals, 3 came out, still waiting on the other kids burger, which came out after the other kids finished their meal. My entree said it came w Cuban toast, NADA. The server said he would bring it out. NOT. There was a festival downtown, but the restaurant was not busy enough for these problems they should have anticipated. Bad bad management. I feel bad for the servers who have to deal with such bad ownership. I want Palm Harbor to flourish, but we’ve given them enough chances to redeem themselves.

Went there for some food & drinks. Had their chips & salsa which were fresh & yummy & a burger with fries & some beers. Especially enjoyed the fries which were good old fashioned steak fries & hard to find anymore. They had a very good, upbeat band & we enjoyed the food & music very much. :)

Really nothing grear. Food just ok. On Wednesday night playing trivia very loud so if you weren't participating it was very distracting.

The owners need to print out updated menus because I ordered the Cuban sandwich that was $15 on the menu and got the bill which they charged me $18. The waitress said she would check with the owner and she came back and said "yup the Cuban is $18." So we are given menus with prices, but those are may not be the actually prices? So please check your bill when you receive it.

Disappointing Key Lime MartiniI recently visited Bogota Kitchen and Bar and ordered their Key Lime Martini. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The drink arrived at my table half-empty, leaving me puzzled and dissatisfied.Pros:None, unfortunately.Cons:Key Lime Martini: I paid $11 for a drink that barely filled half the glass. It felt like a rip-off.Service: When I raised my concern with both the waiter and another waitress, they seemed indifferent. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation.Unmet Expectations: As someone who has enjoyed countless Martinis, this experience was a letdown. Never before have I received a half-filled cocktail.Recommendation: I cannot recommend the Key Lime Martini at Bogota Kitchen and Bar. If you’re looking for a satisfying drink, explore other options or another restaurant.I also would like to add (this is three days later now) they did not charge me the correct amount on my card. I took pictures of my receipt before I left and it does not match what’s on my bank statement. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and their website (which is the same) No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. I now have to go through my bank to file a claim. Make sure to keep your receipts and the amount matches your statement. I truly believe they added more to the tip. This place sucks!
