Our first trip to the area and we ate at the Courtyard Cafe all 3 days. Best sandwiches and the owner, Anna, is amazing. We will definitely be back!
The owner has an issue if you stay too long and accused you of trespassing as a paid patron five min. after closing, use her electricity for your laptop, if you ask her questions about her smoothies, if you do work on your laptop for a couple of hours on the patio, ask her for extra ice in the iced coffee (of only 3 cubs) or invite friends to her place which is completely dead. Due to my neighbor's construction, I came here a few times to do work on my laptop. I go to many local eateries and everyone knows me by name and welcome my business. I'm a quiet customer that pays 20% tip and orders several items to support local businesses (instead of going to Starbucks where ice, electricity, and doing your work for a couple of hours is free with no harassing complaints). I was here in a matter of 5x and invited my friend to join to help generate her dead business. The reviews on Google show she uses Costco food and doctors things up. Her food is pricey. Additionally, there is no one in the pictures on the patio all of her customer's reviews. The place is empty for a reason. Other eateries thrive in the area. She is rude, hostile, and there is a reason she has many bad reviews on Google. She also owned the spiritual business in front of the cafe and that was dead too. For someone who does spiritual work, her behavior is toxic and rude. Taking my business elsewhere.
