My daughter had a spinal fusion and I was overwhelmed with the heart shaped pizza they made special just for her. Such a thoughtful gift and delicious pizza. Thank you so much for bringing a smile to my girl’s day ❤️
Noisy was the only option I could choose…as nick “the manager” was very unprofessional when We called in, as we were told to do from the store, to request half a topping like we wanted on out pizza. He wasn’t rude. Shelled over me. Cut me off countless times when I tried to explain our timeframe. Cut me off when I wanted to send him the hose I received yo login into Uber ears which would have proved we did not order the pizza 6 minutes earlier like he said and that we ordered it 1 minute earlier. He said he’s send me a screen shot of when Uber eats placed he order but never going my information. Wait we received the text at 6:44 called at 6:45 yet Uber eats called in the order per nick and they made the pizza and cooked it? I just can’t believe how he kept cutting me off and would never let me get a 1/4 of the way through the sentence. This child needs to go back to high school and learn Some much needed manners. Manners! It’s sad because they have great pizza and we have always been treated great at this location. Maybe he went from the back to manager and it went yo his head. I don’t know….all I know is he cancelled our pizza even though I never asked him to. He said I called him a liar… which I never did. I couldn’t get a word in as he spoke loudly over me… so we will be going without dinner thanks to “nick” the manager

placed an order today 7/16/2022 for the 8 corner Detroit Pizza half with pepperoni and sausage the other half with ground beef and I told Nick the manager that I wanted it well done I told him that twice yet when we received it the dough almost Raw I called him back and told him that the dough was almost Raw and he didn't seem to care which really was upsetting you can tell when somebody is speaking on the phone that they have an attitude when you are elderly and living on Social Security money is tight we could have ordered something from any other restaurant but chose jet's as we have had it before and it was delicious too bad this time they didn't listen or at least Nick didn't listen to the one request that was important to us
