“First impression was that it is better than chipotle and similar to a freshii but with warm side options. The bowls are deep ,the greens options are abundant and fresh, the staff was super helpful in explaining and taking their time with me , the drinks are similar to a Panera bread and just as sweet (be conscious of the sugar amount though), atmosphere is simple and was clean when I was there . It is definitely on the pricier side but I would come back again especially because it’s local and having good quality vegan / vegetarian in PC is a tough feat.“

Tashara was our server, she was super sweet and attentive. She even recommended a drink for me. An accident occurred at our table as accidents do, which is why it's called an accident. “This pizza changed my life. Came here all the way from across the country and have had pizza at various places, but this experience changed everything. I ordered a calzone and had a slice of pizza. “Fred's is an average beach restaurant. There is lots of seating inside and out. The parking is in the back, but you have to walk through most of the outside seating to get to the hostess stand, which was a bit awkward, but there were signs pointing the way. The food is average priced for a beach town. The food quality was pretty good, but not great. The service was pretty good. The total experience was OK.There was one weird thing. They had cats roaming in and out of the seating area from outside. I thought that was a health issue, but they seemed like they lived there, so I guess I'm the only one who has an issue with it.“
