We visit all of the locations frequently and have been coming to the Plantation location lately. We have had good service and food, but just curious on why this location is now adding a mandatory 20% gratuity? We tip well for food and service, but like the option to what we pay. We are a party of 2. A group party I understand, but I am not sure why just this location is doing this or is it now all of your stores?
they "lost" our order stating they didn't get it, even though it was accepted by them immediately, we had proof of receipt and email of receipt, they told our dasher they were running behind and they would call them when the order was ready. 1.5 hrs later they state they lost our order, they blamed it on Doordash even though it seems to be an error on their part. There was no accepting of their errors, or offers to quickly fix it and we were brushed off. We don't recommend them, and wouldn't order in the future for their poor customer service.
