“This is the Subway inside the Marathon gas station. I visit this store quite often. There are 2 very nice women who work there. They are always so polite and pleasant. “The old man is rude as ever lol tried to accuse me of getting Sprite when I was getting club soda in the water cup and had the nerve to argue with me . Pretty sure number one rule of customer service is never argue or accuse you're customers. The rest of the lady's are a pleasure and are super nice , definitely my favorite location .“

“We visited the mall and saw Piknik so decided to give it a try. The Turkey sandwich was the best! The bread was freshly baked and had an awesome crust. “It was great. The service was great. He food was amazing. The place is well kept and they are very pleasant and the prices are very reasonable. For me I didn’t want a sun so I got a salad and they were very accommodating because I didn’t want some stuff on it and they were just fine with it. I def recommend this place and I give them 10 ⭐️“

“I used to go to Russo's when they were in west palm near the court house. I went to the one on military a few weeks ago and still have not been disappointed. Still the same Russo sub that I used to get. I love their subs and bread. I never got a drive thru person with an attitude. Everyone is always friendly to me. I go at least once a week. “I love their subs but this time they made the chicken bomb kinda dry, like it needed mayo or something. Also they need a basket or a plate to serve you when you dine in. They had ketchup and mayo containers on eat table but I think mayo should be refrigerated once it's open.“

“Food, service, and atmosphere is great. My reason for 4 stars is this: I request that the sub rolls for my cold subs NOT be cut all the way thru before placing the ingredients inside. I prefer having the “hinge” on the back to keep the toppings from falling out. However…they refuse to accommodate. They’ve told me everything from they get in trouble if they do it that way, or they’re not allowed to do it that way, or the most recent it’s corporate policy that they cut their sub rolls all the way through for cold subs. For the amount I’m paying for their subs (which is worth it), you’d think they would accommodate the customer. Any other Jersey Mike’s I happen to go to when I’m in to their area, gladly fulfill my request WITHOUT question. But since North Lake is only about a mile from me, this is my homebase Jersey Mike’s. I have correspondence from Corporate Jersey Mike’s (email and verbal), that say it is up to the individual franchisee to make that decision, not Corporate. So I don’t understand why they are so adamant at this location about NOT butterflying (that’s what it’s called), their cold subs when requested. I even had one employee at the Northlake location tell me he got “reamed” out once by the manager for butterflying a sub for a customer. It seems as though since I am the paying customer, it wouldn’t be such a big deal. Especially when I’m dropping 20, 30, and $40 per visit, especially for their their Giant subs, you would think they would be a bit more accommodating. Otherwise, Jersey Mike’s on Northlake Boulevard is absolutely fantastic. I just wish they’d remember, it is also the little things that keep a customer. happy and coming back.“

“This is the hidden gem of Palm Beach, if you know, you know. The coffee is great, very smooth and balanced. I get an oat milk latte and a croissant or Panini. I love the sandwiches, it’s simple good food. The staff is nice and it’s clean inside. They use eco-friendly to-go containers as well which I think more restaurants should do on the island. It’s great for a lunch date or we call ahead, pickup and take lunch to the beach.“

“Does not disappoint. Clean and well maintained dining area. Food prep area was clean and food products were covered when not in use. My order was prepared as expected and with a smile no bad attitudes in this location. When I have a hankering for a subway which this is the location for me.“

“The staff here makes this place top notch in my book. We had an honest mistake with our order (Chipotle chicken rather than cheesesteak). They went above and beyond to correct it, letting us keep the wrong item, making the proper item, AND returning the purchase price of that item! All this while dealing with a major maintenance issue in their building. They can count on us to be regular customers from this point forward for sure!“

“What a great deli. Glad I looked at the menu beforehand. So many delicious choices. I got the hot meatball sub. Very tasty. Meatballs were nicely browned yet soft and moist. Sauce was perfect. Very friendly and efficient staff. Convenient to the GA side of the airport. I'll be back for sure and I'll try one of the other choices on the menu.“

“Just very concerned/confused how you give away an order to someone with the wrong name…Came in to pick up my mobile order and the “manager” says “oh we gave it away to a DoorDash order”. ? I mean no apologies, nothing! If you’re gonna fail to read the order what’s the point! I ordered ahead for a reason and still ended up waiting an extra 15 mins so they can remake my order that they gave away. Moral of the story, service (besides the manager who respectfully doesn’t need to be one) was decent. I’m extremely disappointed, won’t be back though?“

“So the question is, how does a beat up sub shop in a ratty little shopping center rate 4 stars? Consistency. I've only ever seen one old dude behind the counter, but he is consistently friendly, helpful, and only too happy to handle your special orders. The food is consistently good, served hot off the grill. The ambiance is consistently just a beat up old sub shop, with battered tabletops, some torn chairs, and a few sub shop posters for decorations, but no one is coming here for the art. If you want good food, this is a place to find it.“

I wasn’t going to include this but I think that I should be honest so that the situation is fixed so you guys can keep an array of happy customers.
