The first experience was great we dined in had a great meal decided obviously we’d come back! 2nd time ordered take out got home order was wrong called and be cause we paid in cash they could give us credit next time we came in. Never used it!! Came third time ordered take out and ordered the death by pepperoni and because the last take out I decided to check the box when I got to the car and to my surprise there were literally NO pepperonis on the pizza just sauce. Explained what had happened in past to Manager he came wanted to fix what happened had to wait 30 min for a new Detroit pizza with the topping it called for just to try this place again and order the exact same pizza and the exact same thing happened. had I not checked the box as soon as we left the door tonight we would have gotten the same situation and We live in tarpon springs and drive this far to give it another shot and super disappointed! Also to get home and open buffalo wings we ordered to get bbq wings instead! After opening the pizza it was halfway cooked and semi raw not very edible! Can’t said my experience here has been great by far super disappointed that this keeps happening! Trying to explain to the girls what is happening is pointless be cause the nonchalant attitude sucked! I have never written a review ever on a restaurant but felt this had to be said!
Overload here - they cannot handle the service coming at them and they clearly have poor management of this facility and how it operates. Evident by the wait time to receive our order then waiting another 30 minutes for the kids forgotten pizza explaining it was an error. I get errors but I don’t get waiting another 30 minutes for a kids pepperoni pizza. When I suggested to a waitstaff they should stop To Go orders - seeing the line while going to the bathroom, she actually said “they are not the problem, customers coming in are the problem.” The manager represents a very poor attitude came to the table for a fight. I have never experienced anything like it. WOW! Pizza was really good but not worth all that.
