The food was AMAZING. Tavaris was extremely respectful. My order was perfect and sometimes i speak a little quick and might be a little confusing but he very respectfully asked me to repeat my order then i asked him to see if i said it correctly and he got everything to a T. If the owner actually sees this. This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Tavaris!
Good food is awesome wish the would buy a location near me so I could eat more often

I used to come here every day, and they used to be so good, and they used to give military discounts, I believe, on Monday, but today they upset me. I was in line for about 15 minutes, and two men were working. They were not very kind. They don’t wear hairnets, which does not surprise me, and they don’t wear gloves. I’ve noticed that there’s a lot of food on the floor. This was never the case back in the day, and then when I went to the window, they told me to hold on. They went outside, and some customers wanted to order. They took their order. I had to wait in front of the line for about 10 minutes; I thought that was rude and disrespectful for someone who was waiting for almost 15 to 20 minutes for the food, and they gave them their order and paid cash while I was waiting for my food, and so I left. I think Customer Service has gone downhill for this company. They don’t respect, they don’t care, they don’t wear hairnets, and they definitely don’t wear gloves, and their pants are almost coming off, and they don’t care it used to be good now it’s not where did Customer Service come? And I noticed that when they put their hands in the chicken, they were not wearing gloves. It’s not very sanitized anymore. You see cockroaches on the floor, rats on the floor, there’s food everywhere. The place is not sanitized at all. I don’t know what happened, but that’s not how you run a business.
