“Ponte does not disappoint! I took my husband there last night for his birthday and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant and modern but not ostentatious or garish. The food and drinks were creative, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. And I cannot say enough about the staff. From Samantha, the hostess; Tyler, the manager; Bill, our server; and Matt, the sous chef; to the young man serving the bread and the multiple other staff who kept our water glasses full, everyone was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. Samantha, in particular, handled a very aggressive and arrogant disgruntled man in the most diplomatic and professional manner. And this man was so aggressive that my husband and I almost intervened on Samantha’s behalf. But her diplomacy and professionalism did not waiver. To say she impressed us is an understatement. All in all, this was by far one of the best, if not the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. We will definitely return.”

The staff are so nice, friendly, and positive, and they know us by name and even know our regular orders. They are so accommodating with requests around dietary restrictions.The smoothies, açaí, and food are consistently excellent and you cannot get this quality anywhere else. We love the P-bowl, superfood waffles, peanut butter banana brew, and all the smoothies. Fair warning that the açaí bowls are HUGE and extremely delicious. Like, massive, in a good way. So filling and always yummy. The smoothies are delicious and priced well for the quality and size you get. Thick consistency and fresh ingredients. They make their own orange juice and almond milk in house which is awesome!Parking is easy to find in the back lot or on the street. Restrooms are always clean. The store is clean, bright, and plays good music.We love QWENCH!!!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free and vegan options. No gluten free granola.”

Started with the pork belly(absolutely delicious sauce on the pork), Korean fried chicken buns(disappointing, not much flavor, nice presentation), and beef lollipops(decent taste, overpriced for the quantity). Entrees included Malay Chilean sea bass(the fish was cooked perfectly, good taste, but the cauliflower base was amazing) and Adobo rice with chicken(I was disappointed in the quality, average taste). The highlight of the meal was the desserts. The coconut cheesecake was sp smooth and balanced(tart but sweet), and the ridiculous 2.0(it appears as if you're about to swallow a ton of sugar, but the taste was also very balanced. The coated nuts were very good with the vanilla ice cream. Overall, it is too pricey for the quantity/quality. The staff was very professional/pleasant. The ambiance is very nice.”

“It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Everything is a la carte. Steaks are tender and excellent. Sides are large enough for 3-4 people to share. The scalloped potatoes and the Brussels sprouts were both excellent. They provide a nice dessert for special occasions. Service was great.”

Halfway through our night we had 3 more people join our table and she was able to adjust accordingly without any hesitation. Deja if you are reading this, you rock!I ordered the saganaki, which our server delivered and ignited herself! I also ordered the Greek souvlaki platter. Both of which were delicious. The portions were decent but they pricing was a little high compared to what I’m used to from comparable Greek restaurants. This could be easily explained by the location given as how it’s located directly on the main strip in Ybor.I want to leave a 5 star review but the restaurant was in shambles while we were there. What I mean by this is the cleanliness. I am well aware that breaking plates and throwing napkins on the floor is typical at a Greek establishment but the restaurant was not the cleanest and there was a strange smell brooding on the 2nd floor. To be fair it was a Saturday night and there were at least 4 large parties.I will definitely be eating here again and probably updating my review accordingly!Dietary restrictions: Most of our party could not eat pork and they have plenty of beef and chicken options.Parking: It’s ybor, you pay to park down the street and walk to the restaurant. Or get lucky and pay for street parking.”

Prices are pretty good for the size too.First off, Pad Thai had a lot of flavor with the tamarind tanginess and sweetness shining through. Loved the Crab Fried Rice. It was spicy but not overpowering and the crab itself was definitely real. Helpful guest experience and from someone that is part Thai the ambience and food when I went in the evening made me feel kinda like being back home.”

I asked for a glass of champagne three times. It felt service overlooked our party of four while some others got extra attentiveness. It’s natural when they ordered more beverages but I didn’t feel like anyone came over to talk to us about any recommendations either. Twice, the chef had to wait for service to mark with new silverware while food waited to be served including ice cream melting. The menu consists of the usual items with some exciting ingredients but slightly underwhelming. Knowing Michelin stars are given out in the US a little more easily than other countries, my guess is Michelin will award them 1 star. If you’ve had omakase before, you may be disappointed but it’s not bad, it’s actually pretty solid. Definitely good for Tampa.”

With a $5 price tag, I'd say this is more of a dessert-to-share after a meal at Sparkman, but that's a $5 well spent.”

Large spacious plenty of seating, several private rooms along the side of the dining room. Sit down to beautiful China on the tables as well as a view of all of the live fish tanks. We ordered salt and pepper, fried tofu and shrimp in lobster black bean sauce. Start with some green tea absolutely fabulous tasty food large portions served beautifully. I always have to bring my own take away containers for anything left over after the meal and the weight staff thanked me very much. So feel free to use your containers, at the end of the meal we received a check and a complementary dessert, which was fascinating because it was a warm red bean soup with tapioca. Interesting that a bowl of peanuts is put out on the table just to Nosh on and they were very good because they were Spanish red skin peanuts. Beautiful restaurant located in the back Plaza next to the M and D market. that is not to be missed. Plenty of parking.”

“It was a big surprise to see this new location of our local Blind Tiger Coffee at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital today. You'll miss it if you hop on the elevator before making the right turn to the courtyard. A café has been missing from that spot for quite a while. Fortunately, Blind Tiger filled that much needed space for coffee, tea, and a bite to eat. But, it's not just pastries and drinks. They also have breakfast and lunch items. Yay!I was at the hospital for my yearly exam, and arrived super early. The traffic ended up being lighter than expected. You can never go wrong with a matcha tea at Blind Tiger. The mixture of matcha with lemonade was highly recommended. The flavor of passion fruit was added to the drink. Everything was great! I'll definitely return for breakfast the next time I'm here for an appointment.”
