“This was our first dining experience here at Black Rock. They did not disappoint whatsoever. From the time that we entered until we finished our meals, we were treated with excellent customer service. The Host - Tori, was very pleasant. Once seated, my wife and I received the most outstanding customer service (waitress, Hannah) that we’ve ever received when dining in quite a while. Not sure of the bartenders name, nonetheless, the drinks were very good also. The food was definitely worth the wait. The food was extremely well prepared. Hannah, thoroughly explained how to cook the steaks on the stone, then allowed us to enjoy our meal. (Thank you Chefs) Due to our outstanding experience, we will definitely be returning. As I mentioned to one of the managers there, it seems as though people will find something to complain about, but rarely take time out to say “Thank you.” I wanted to thank the entire staff for a great dining experience.“

“We arrived around 1430 on a Monday. It was not that busy, and it took a very long time to get our first drink, and the wait continued with the meals. I only saw 2 waiters, which it was not enough to satisfy the demand, hence the long wait on service. The good thing is the view: excelent ocean relaxing view that's why I keep coming back! I didn't like is that they allowed animals. I love dogs, and I own one, but there was a couple that brought their dog with no mouth restraint, and it was barking a lot. Plus, it was standing on top of the dining table, which I don't think should be allowed. It's very anti hygienic. “For as many times as I've been here I can't believe this is the first time leaving a review! Great spot to grab drinks, small bites or a full on meal. The service is always great, the bartenders do a great job of making their way around the bars. They are extremely dog friendly on the patio. The filet is amazing, severely underrated in my opinion. Opt for Just the Tips on the small plate menu, it comes with goat cheese and a balsamic glaze - so good! For brunch you can't beat the salmon Benedict. A great place to check out for whatever you're feeling!“

“Just visited for their 8th anniversary and saw the remodel. Place is coming along great! They added more seating and cut out the smoking. Rachel's Place is a great spot to have a couple drinks and some laughs, whether you're starting out the night or looking for a place to end the night.I've never gotten a chance to eat there but I do know that Rachel is a bit of a foodie - so I doubt she would serve sub-par goodies.I would recommend and have. ?“

“Delicious food and great staff! We were in the area for the day and decided to give it a try…so glad we did. The chicken Caesar wrap was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also had the southwest chicken wrap which was just as good and the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were definitely homemade and worth every penny. Bella was an excellent waitress who gave great suggestions as what to try.“

“Tampa's best kept secret is Bar Louie. The food is great. The atmosphere is such a positive vibe with great music. However the the folks serving the drinks are fantastic. I usually sit at the bar, and Raven and Gabe are amazing. They are both super friendly and make the perfect cocktail. Oh, I forgot to mention that happy hour will fit anyone's budget.“

“A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.“

“Great food better than any chain location to eat. The mall just looks shady at night and the police always hang out in this shopping center for some reason. I'm not sure if there is a lot of crime there or what?Parking: There is always tons of parking.“

“A business outing with reserved space and a small buffet set up by the bar. I loved that Titos was considered well liquor. Jamie was super sweet behind the bar. Once again, food was buffet style so nothing fancy - Sliders, nachos, salad and buffalo cauliflower which was decidedly tasty.Lots of games and activities on hand.“

“The selection is very good and the quality & freshness are superb. Great drinks, too. The service is quick and friendly, and the dining room is bright and clean. With all of this and a beautiful view of the ocean while you eat, how can you be disappointed? I only have teo slightly negatives. The first are the prices. Since you are in a resort, expect higher than normal prices. The second is the seating. The dining area is a little too small for the number of diners. There is an adjoining room, so I am not sure why it was not open. Over all, great experience.“
