“I went this morning for breakfast and I loved it!! First at all, the owner is lovely! Very kind and very informative about their menu, her husband was very nice as well.Place was super clean, music in the background was super relaxing and fun.Now food: I ordered huevos pericos(scrambled eggs with tomatoes and scallions) with an arepa filled with cheese(corn pie) and a cafe con leche.It was delicious!! The arepa was amazing! Great flavor, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The cafe con leche was out of this world. My husband got a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on cuban bread, and it was delicious as well. We will definitely going back and recommend this place.“

“Incredible!! I added a photo but I didn’t take the photo until AFTER I was done eating. This is what was left of my meal thats how wonderful the portion sizes are! I’m saving the rest for lunch. Haha. But I ordered the ‘Palomilla with 2 eggs a Cabello’ and a ‘Carne Empanada’ Omg best empanada I’ve had in years!I have a list I've curated over the years of my favorite restaurants for breakfast, and this has beat out all of them! The food is delicious, and so full of flavor, and large portion size. No wonder people recommend this place! The staff is so warm and kind and the food is so good that I'll probably get it multiple times a month and I don't even eat out like that. Lol. I just know I will crave it it's so good.“

“Empanadas filled differently. 4pk/$25($7ea. hey, it's Armature Works). Fresh Prince: take on a Philly. Buffalo Soldier 2.0: buffalo chicken. Cheeseburger in Paradise: as advertised. Tampa Girl: a Cuban in an empanada. All delicious. Taste like they were baked or air fried. Thank God, because the insides were pretty gooey with cheese ?. Cute baking mold with the names. There's tacos, too. I hear it's another great transition from a food truck. If you're trying not to have a full meal, most of the places in AW don't help, even the smaller kiosks seemed geared to larger(and pricier) offerings. See my review of AW.“

“Holy smokes the food here is insanely good. The Chicken arepa is a savory, tender and moist flavor bomb wrapped in a nicely crisped arepa. The cilantro garlic sauce is creamy, delicious and compliments the arepa well. It’s a shame that I’m just visiting the area because I’d probably stop by multiple times per week if I lived here. “I've been visiting mr.special for years since I've always worked close by their service is always exceptional since they are always willing to go above and beyond to please their costumers my friend and I used to always order a Cuban sandwich with honey and they went and bought a big container of honey just for my friend and I.i very much recommend it to all.“

“Quaint little sandwich place, the service was good but a little slow. We ordered Cubans, rice and beans, fries, tostones and drinks took a bit of time to get our order. The food itself was fine nothing extraordinary but it was good. Would probably go again for lunch.“

“Delicious Cuban bakery with a large variety of baked goods that are made in house daily! They also have breakfast and lunch options including delicious breakfast sandwiches. They have Cuban coffees with three standard flavor options of vanilla, mocha, or caramel. The service was concise and relatively quick considering how busy they were! When we stopped by on a Saturday morning the place was packed with quite a line. No place to sit inside, all orders were for takeaway! Definitely get a guava pastry while here, they're delicious!“

“This was hands down the best Cuban food I’ve had in a long time.You know the food is going to taste good when it takes a minute to explain what you want to your cook! He was amazing and very helpful.We had the Cuban sandwich and (steak milanesa a caballo) steak & egg with Cuban rice.The food truck itself has a cute couple benches where you can sit and enjoy your meal which I definitely recommend eating it while it’s hot.“

“Nice little place with pretty good food! Maybe five tables in the joint. We got the palomilla steak, Moro, and fried plantains. Steak was nice and tender, people were nice and welcoming. Lady knew everyone by name! Reminds me of the little mom and pop restaurants growing up! Will definitely be back! Also, the colada we got after was really good. Have a nice selection of sodas as well! Give it a try!“

“If you are looking for authentic, delicious, Cuban food at low prices, this is your cafe! I ordered the chicken quarter,black beans and rice, and yucca. Everything was warm, tasty and delicious!
