“They always make a great cup of coffee! The staff is very kind. It's by all the offices so they can be really busy in the mornings but they are fast and efficient. Sometimes if the young man is on the speaker he will mess up the order but he's very sweet so if you reiterate what you want it will be made right :) The lovely woman in the mornings is the best, she always makes everything right! “I’m new to the area and happened to stop by this Dunkin as it is close to my home, the staff here was young but seemed to be very cohesive and energetic. In particular was Damian who was extremely kind and helped me to pick the most delicious coffee ive ever had in my life and also a great one for my wife whom wasn’t there with me. So good I had to go back a second time to find out what the drink was. I tried to tip him personally and he wouldn’t accept. I’ll be frequenting this Dunkin often.“

“This location is always busy which is good and bad, I tried giving them 4 and a half stars but the app didn't let me. The truth is once in a while my orders get mixed up but besides that I have no complaints. And in those instances the staff has been great at taking care of me, from completely making my order again from scratch or quickly correcting it while maintaining utmost professionalism!!“

This visit was the complete opposite. The staff was very friendly, with prompt service despite a busy pickup counter. “The decaf coffee was cold, they offered to make more if I wanted to wait. The $3 sandwich deal only applies to sausage egg and cheese. I ordered bacon. They should honor it. That's a corporate issue. Almost $8 for a cold coffee and a sandwich that should have been about $2 cheaper. Had I known, I would have ordered the sandwich with sausage.“

“This is for my husband. He gets to the order box and they greet him lovely and ask are you getting the usual? Do you want to add anything? He drives to the window and his coffee is made perfectly and they have the apple fritter ready. They also make sure he scans his Dunkin app to get whatever discounts are available. He would use the app if they didn’t remind him. I live this for him.“
