April 11, 2024: We got to dine here 1 week before they were officially given their Michelin Star. We really didn't know what to expect since we've never had Scandinavian before. Yes it's pricey, as expected when you choose to go to a restaurant like this, but the experience and food was amazing. It's called Chef's Counter because the 5 chefs do everything there. Flawless. They have thought of everything. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. Each course was beautifully composed, unique, and exceptionally flavored.

Almost everything's was a completely new flavor to me and they were all incredible. We were Served by two of the chefs which was very unique and fun. They we're very personable and it was really cool hearing them tell us about each dish.
