I have come to the conclusion that the "key" component to the operation is now missing. Every customer that goes to this location knows that "Stephanie", was the person that made this restaurant flow so smoothly. Why management would terminate such a valued asset was a stupid move on their part. It is evident the business now needs two or more employees to take her place and perform her duties. Smiles are missing here in the morning. Her replacements come up short in every key element of running the operation. The owner has made a huge mistake letting this lady go. Was there age discrimination here?“
