“Pros: Clean location with good customer service. Sandwiches take between 5-10 minutes to prepare on average. They have a good number of both cold and hot subs (et tu Jimmy Johns?). They have 3 sizes small (4 inch) Medium (8 inch) and large (12 inch). Each sandwich comes with a 1/4 pickle spear which is a nice touch Electronic coke Machine ! Cons They seem to get more takeout/delivery orders than dine in so sometimes you have to wait more than 10 minutes. Overall: IMO Firehouse is a better version of Subway. It is not "out of this world" good, but in this case the whole is better than the sum of its parts.“
“I love the entire Firehouse chain and this location is no exception. Their subs are fresh and delicious. The hot sauce selection is really diverse and exciting. The staff is quick and courteous. Definitely hit them up if you are in the area.Parking: Busy street but usually enough spots available.“
“We were excited to see the sweet deal of the day but had trouble placing our order via the app. When we arrived at the Carrollwood location, Jena was so helpful getting it working on our phone and was able to place our “sweet deal” order. Thanks so much Jena!“
“Firehouse sobs are served warm and toasted. Great for a quick stop instead of greasy fast food. We ordered four subs and one was to-go but the line service didn’t prepare it properly. Other than that, it was fine for a stop on the way to the airport.“
