We arrived around 1430 on a Monday. It was not that busy, and it took a very long time to get our first drink, and the wait continued with the meals. I only saw 2 waiters, which it was not enough to satisfy the demand, hence the long wait on service. The good thing is the view: excelent ocean relaxing view that's why I keep coming back! First visit here. Excellent grilled grouper and shrimp with broccoli and fries. Asian slaw wasn't tasty at all. Ceviche was different though palatable. Friendly staff. Slow service. Some items are pricey. The view is dotted with boats of course.

The waiters are very complacent for the restaurant's establishment, frequent mis-order and sluggish serves.. They need understand their entitlements were all owner's work, they are just riding on others' hard work.
