We needed something nearby our hotel that had gluten free and vegetarian options. This was a major score. I had a half and half of brown rice and salad greens with sweet potatoes, green beans and salmon as my main dish. My bestie had quinoa and salad greens, sweet potatoes, broccoli and salmon. Food is incredible in quality and absolutely delicious you wouldn't even know it's healthy. I went here three times on my stay in Tampa and tried the Rosemary chicken (8/10) salmon (10/10) and grass fed steak (10/10) also the Romesco green beans were the highlight of anything I tried here, the sauce was delicious kind of sweet but savory with the almonds and tomatoes, yum. Also hands down the best sweet potatoes I've ever had and the cucumber ranch salad is a must try!

Worked on Water St. for 8 months and didn't check out this place until recently. Definitely regretting not picking up a meal from here sooner. The food is incredibly fresh and feels good to eat knowing how natural and high quality the ingredients are. Safe to say I will be visiting more know that I know how good it is!!
