“Ponte does not disappoint! I took my husband there last night for his birthday and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant and modern but not ostentatious or garish. The food and drinks were creative, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. And I cannot say enough about the staff. From Samantha, the hostess; Tyler, the manager; Bill, our server; and Matt, the sous chef; to the young man serving the bread and the multiple other staff who kept our water glasses full, everyone was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. Samantha, in particular, handled a very aggressive and arrogant disgruntled man in the most diplomatic and professional manner. And this man was so aggressive that my husband and I almost intervened on Samantha’s behalf. But her diplomacy and professionalism did not waiver. To say she impressed us is an understatement. All in all, this was by far one of the best, if not the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. We will definitely return.“

“2 of us were at dinner for my wife's birthday ... food was top shelf, loved everything. Entrees (Scallops and Sea Bass) were both outstanding and sized correctly. Caesar Salad was large so we chose to split it ... that was a good idea. Shrimp cocktail had two sauces, both excellent, we shared that too. Particularly liked the side of roasted mushrooms. Best part of the whole meal was how well the chef and waiter timed the delivery of drinks, then appetizer, then salad, then entrees, then dessert. We were not rushed. Timing was amazing (Michelin Star quality timing). Waiter (Scott) only cleared the table when both of us were finished with each course. Nothing bothers me more than when waiters clear one of us before the other is finished. Scott was the perfect waiter.“

“Not quite a 5 star experience, as some items on the traditional menu were not available. The dining room area felt a tad bit cold (possibly due to the unusual cold weather in the area). However, service was phenomenal, and the food was great. Ordered a starter and entree from the special menu, and both were great.“

“Lunch date with friends was a great choice. Shrimp and grits were super yummy! We shared and the portion was just right. Our friends split a salad and It was also good. Very attentive waitstaff. Friendly hostess. Love the decor and atmosphere.“

Despite the bustling environment, she made me feel like a regular, effortlessly managing the hectic bar with poise. “Worked on Water St. for 8 months and didn't check out this place until recently. Definitely regretting not picking up a meal from here sooner. The food is incredibly fresh and feels good to eat knowing how natural and high quality the ingredients are. Safe to say I will be visiting more know that I know how good it is!!“

My graddaughter always gets the pizza.I have to give the atmosphere a 3 because it's so loud in there with the open ceiling. But everthyng else makes up for it. When it's nice outside, it's NICE outside.I'll be back many times. My goal it's to try everything on the menu.“

“A lovely little place to grab a glass of wine! I was extremely impressed with the wide selection of offerings that they have here, from craft beers to seltzers to some premium wine selections! I definitely do not consider myself an expert, and the fact they offer a wine tasting course every Wednesday is absolutely wonderful!we went on a Tuesday night (the 27th of Feb) and the gentlemen working there was awesome, I did not catch his name but he knows his stuff, made great descriptions of the wines and awesome recommendations. The charcuterie boards was a nice touch as well.“

“Enjoyed our first visit to the expansive draft haus. The obvious beer choices were great and I enjoyed trying 2 that I've not had before- chesterfield and porter. I have not seen these in the retail store. Food was good, on par with sports bar food. We had the pretzel appetizer that was really good (and shaped like the Yeungling logo.) For dinner I had the bratwurst sandwich and my wife had the cheeseburger. Both were good and the fries were delicious. I hope the menu expands to include more variation. All in all a nice evening out, and we'll be back.“

“Love this little gem in Tampa. Have been here on 4 separate occasions and will absolutely be back. The drinks are always delicious, both brunches and dinners were very tasty. Some of my favorite items were the Fred's Roasted Chicken and Buttermilk Bacon Wedge salads. Brought my husband here for a date night one evening and he liked it a lot as well. Unique place that has New York City vibe. Not a large menu, but enough to be able to choose items anyone enjoys. Service is always great starting from hostesses ending with servers and I absolutely love that they had multiple employees sign a card for me wishing me a happy birthday. Have never seen anything like this at any restaurant in Tampa. Recommend Willa's for sure!“

“The food was super delish.I had the BLT sandwich with avocado and eggs…it was like sparkles in my mouth. Perfectly toasted bread, eggs sunny side up, fresh yummy greens, tomato and the bacon….omg the bacon is yum!I ate indoors and the music seemed exceptionally loud but the restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and made a great sandwich so win win in my book.“

“I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!“

“BIG Casino. Pay attention to which parking lot you're in. There are several & are all over the place. You can get turned around in here & forget which way you come in. However, if you know which lot you're in, they provide signs all over the place to guide up“

“Went to Mise en Place for my birthday and was not disappointed. The dining room is so romantic and service was fantastic. The shrimp app was perfection. I got the signature rack of lamb and was blown away. Every morsel of it was scrumptious. My boyfriend got the special Iberico pork and enjoyed it just as much. Highly recommend this place for a special date night.“

“Unexpectedly delicious. They don’t use the full restaurant area just the seating by the bar which is a shame, but it must be related to demand. Service is still quite good and most of all the food is delicious. We ate here twice due to convenience and were very happy with the food and price. Hilton members get $30 credit per room for on site purchases and we were able to use our credits toward this restaurant. A steal if you ask me for the taste. Perfect portion sizes for family style between 4 people (6 people if some of you are light eaters).Everything we ate was great but special shout out to the mushroom pizza, almond and sweet potato salad, short ribs, and pomodora pasta.“
