“I was at this Panera today and witnessed a manager (I’m assuming) being super rude to the employees. It made me super uncomfortable as she was talking to them in a very degrading manner loudly for everyone to hear. First she was rude to the sweet lady at the counter telling her to be quicker when there was no line and I’ve only been waiting for 30 seconds. Then I sat down and made a water mark from my cup on one of the other tables while I was sliding into the booth and not even 1 minute later she comes over and starts scolding another employee that she missed a spot and needs to wipe tables better. I felt so bad because it was my fault and I felt like I got her in trouble when she did nothing wrong. I feel bad for the people that work here that have to deal with managers like this. People like that who power-trip and think they are better than everyone else are the reason why young employees don’t want to work anymore. It doesn’t cost anything to be a decent human being.“
“The food can't be beat. The only issue my wife and I have is the people working on their laptops. Instead of leaving after they finish their meals they linger, and God know what they are doing on their laptops. These people are taking up tables that can be used by other diners.“
“The food is always good at Panera that's why we go there. Even though there wasn't a lot of customers, service was slow. Had a small issue with our breakfast order that was easily taken care of. Used the ladies room and found the floor extremely sticky. Restaurant overall looks a little tired and worn.“
“Listen!!! I don't know what angels are assigned to the location on causeway but hunny the Flatbread there is Heavenly. The customer service is on point and DON'T get me started on the soup with that warm bread.... y'all pull up 10/10“
“I've come to this location many times for rapid pick up as it is close to my work, and always had a great experience, the store was very busy yesterday and my order wasn't ready when it should've been, and the cashier employee (young lady with blonde hair and nose piercing) was very kind and attentive and checked on my order for me. I noticed other patrons becoming impatient and rude yet she was still very kind and accommodating to those guests. I still think the food is overpriced but the broccoli cheddar soup is to die for.“
“Very nice area, will visit again. Employee very open and suggested something from menu and it was very good. I had no wait. The service was spot on and I was in and out as I expected. Thanks employee and Panera for a wonderful breakfast experience!“
“I usually love to stop here with my friend who lives close. This past visit was lackluster. It was not a yummy salad like I normally get, and while I understand food is hard to keep fresh it had already turned brown. I should've asked for a replacement, but I am always afraid of the replacement. So while it's my fault for not saying something while dining, I will give it another try next time.“
“I promptly waited for the waiter to clean off the granite 4 top for me and my family. As we were walked to our table I saw the assortment of fresh pastry’s. The host then told me that guests are allowed to go behind and get the full experience of the bakery by getting our own pastry’s. The host also told me the pastry’s are free, so shamelessly I took 4 chocolate brownies and shoved them in my Prada. I ordered the filet med rare, and it came out perfectly cooked. The kids each got the homemade mac and cheese and my husband wasn’t hungry so he just watched. The waiter was extremely attentive and refilled me and my kids charged lemonades at least four time. From where we were seated, we watched as the minor chefs worked tirelessly dumping packed out velvets cheese from Walmart into a large bowl with their bare hands. He even did a taste test and we saw his nod of approval. This is one of the best dining experiences. Thank you to the manager and the owner. Don’t forget to hash tag #freepastrys when you get behind the employee counter.“
