I was so impressed by Todd, your front desk associate. He was always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. Please let Todd know that it didn't go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated.

When I stay at the Sheraton Brandon I always look forward to their breakfast. Tiff is an amazing omelette chief. You tell her what you want and she will create you one of the best omelettes you have ever eaten. Thanks Tiff!

2 night stay here. Room was musty and damp. Air conditioning was very loud. Wall paper was dirty and separating. Toilet would run after flushing and had to adjust handle. Found a roach on the drapes in the am when we were leaving. If I would have seen it at check in I would have asked for another room. Only plus was the staff at check in was very pleasant.

The overall stay was phenomenal. I especially loved the omelettes that were prepared by Chef Tiffany. The omelettes were made to order but what took the chef Tiffany over the top she went above and beyond to make mine with egg whites.

This hotel is not for families. Most of the rooms have king beds and there are several events occuring at the location at a time, which is fine, but it is a budget convention/event hotel. You can tell that renovations were made, but they did a shoddy job. The tiles don't match up and you can definitely tell where the wallpaper begins and ends. Also, the pool had bugs throughout and was dirty around the drains. While we were out at the pool, a big wind gust came and toppled a table and umbrella. The guests were able to put everything back upright, but not one employee came to see what happened or if everything was OK. Not one, so you could tell how much attention was paid to that area. Positives: - Hot shower - Close to the casino - On-site buffet breakfast and restaurant - On-site bar - Good for large events on a budget Negatives - Messy furnishings - Subpar pool and pool area - Toiletries smelled masculine - Restaurant closes from 1 - 4 p.m. - Dirty vents We will look for somewhere else to stay in Tampa next time we want to stay overnight.

Standard continental breakfast items such as egg, sausage, bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, and self serve waffle making station. While good value, these other item come included in other hotel stays. Maybe if cost was as reduced for club member stays this would be higher rated. I also expected better quality for hotel with full kitchen and Sheraton.

There weren't any hours posted and no workers were around. So I asked the front desk if they were open and I was told yes. I went to sit, and no one was there. After looking around for about ten minutes wondering where the workers were, someone finally came up to me and offered me water. I declined and said I had been waiting too long and was going to go somewhere else. But it's part of a Marriot so what do you expect?
