Pete’s is amazing. The food is always excellent - never a bad experience! Don’t sleep on the chia pudding. 11/10 would recommend.Antonio and Taylor are wonderful! They (and the rest of the staff) are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming!
If you look at the tree on 18th St, between the sidewalk and the street, you’ll see it’s really old. That’s because my Great-Grandfather, Giuseppe Maniscalco, planted it in 1926, a few feet outside the window of the room my Dad was born in, shortly after his birth. He built (and owned) most of the houses on the 1700 and 1800 blocks of 4th Avenue and, diagonally across from the dog park was the first gas station in Ybor, which he also built and originally owned. Good bagels, great ambiance. The outdoor dining patio is really nice with a dog park right next door. The food is good but wish it was a little larger portion, was still hungry after two bagels.
