“After having a very stressful and hard day hubby and I decided to stop by and get a frap and latte. Kasey was the most outstanding barista. Nowadays we don’t feel welcome but today was a different story a smile changes moods and after having her recommended us a drink we can say that it was wonderful tasting and service with a smile never gets old . Thank you for being so attentive and great at what you do will be returning to see that smile. Kasey hope I spelled it right.“

“Excellent service, food and coffee. In comparison to the Starbucks on 56th street, this Starbucks maintains the standard of excellence. No matter how rushed, they are always friendly, they acknowledge you and has never messed up a cup of coffee. The food is always fresh and when you ask them to warm it up, it's actually hot, as opposed to the one on 56th street, I have had to ask them to "re-warm" it each time. This is all to say that although they are busy, they treat you kindly and give you what you actually ordered. I have been going to Starbucks for years and this location always has a good cup of coffee and the food is always on point. The morning crew is spectacular. They should take a trip down the street and go train the ones on 56th and Bertha. I ordered from Bertha this morning, it was so bad I had to throw it away. No need for a re-make.. it's always bad, diluted coffee and stale food. I digress... this Starbucks and it's crew is FABULOUS!“

“I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened: their drinks are always good, they’re in the neighborhood, but the main reason I visit multiple times a week is that the people who work there are the absolute nicest humans! Kira, Omar, Patrick, Aaliyah, Taylor, and EVERYONE are always so sweet and so kind. They treat me like a queen every time and, far more importantly, treat my little dog like a prince! He might like going there even more than I do. Visiting this Starbucks location is truly often the highlight of my day!“

“Brian is absolutely amazing he is super dedicated and knows me and my order as soon as I walk in the door. He is super nice and I enjoy my conversations with him. He is polite and efficient making sure to get everyone’s order done in a timely manor. I have never had an issue at this Starbucks ever and my experiences have always been pleasant I enjoy coming in every time to get my drink before I go into work and when I see Brian he goes out of his way to make the experience even more special!! “My favorite Starbucks in town! They have spaces right out front to conveniently stop by and pick up your mobile orders, the baristas are very friendly, never rude and often ask to remake my drink if it takes me a bit to get there. I always get the same thing to drink, a nitro cold brew with sweet cream foam on top - it's like crack. Then I alternate between the double smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich and the bacon & gruyere egg bits.The vibes are chill and the place is relatively quiet compared to other locations.“

“The employees were all very attentive and focused on getting everyone what they wanted as quickly as possible, on top of being very polite. Every time I have been to this particular location I have always been in and out at a way faster pace than pretty much any other Starbucks I've been to, and my orders are always correct.Vegetarian options: I love the fact that they have plenty of options that are strictly vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: There is always plenty of space if a wheelchair is needed.“

“I came though the drive-through I got my hot caramel macchiato, but I wanted something cold and refreshing so the girls taking my order. Her name would be Josie was extremely helpful to get me my refreshing cold beverage, very cheerful very polite so much enjoyed it. I will definitely be back to get my drinks! “Came in for my usual green tea with strawberry açaí base. This time I got strawberry inclusion also. So freaking good and I'm addicted to this drink! Service was good and they got the drink correct. All that counts in my book. My croissant was nice and warm and tasted great also.“

“Incredible customer service... Tonya is exceptional!! She took care of both my pup and I. ! I love it when you don't have to spell everything out for employees and they just get it. She is a thinker! To me, it's sometimes the small things that count. I asked her forone thing and she knew there was a better solution and took care of it . I love that!! For food, I always get the same thing and it's always good!!! And truthfully, the environment/ambiance is good too! Finally, I always have such great experiences at this Starbucks!!“

“It's a Starbucks. They have plenty of parking out front, and the employees seem nice. We went a bit earlier than the morning rush (right about 7am on a weekday), and we were out of there in a flash. In general, I prefer supporting more local businesses, so I prefer to go to Buddy Brew down the street. But sometimes your kid wants something from their bigger menu, so you humor them.“

“Recently tried the Strawberry Acai Lemonade refresher drink and one made with coconut milk and really liked the drinks. Yesterday drink order was rung up as the new spicy drink (did not catch this until back home) and we cannot do spicy. They were awful and got dumped down the drain. Today went back and got one with coconut milk, one with peach juice, and one with apple juice which were all really good.My favorite thing about this location where we normally go inside to sit, they always remember us and remember my name.“

“1st time here and the staff was patient and accommodating.I do wish SB would keep the size short coffee cups in stock. It never fails, every SB I've visited they are always out. Not everyone wants a small-xlarge cup of coffee. Something to consider SB.“

“Great location. Spacious w indoor and outdoor seating. Quick service. The one thing you need to consider is parking. Parking is $5/hr, they do compliment parking but only $10. So, if you are staying more than a couple hours, plan to pay for parking. Also, you'll park downstairs and need to park in a spot that is not reserved.“

“The employees are always very nice at this location. The Baristas always do a great job and will adjust the temp if you ask them too.Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple handicapped parking spots and it is level ground from parking lot to the door.“

“The kids wanted to go shopping at the mall, so I let them go shop and in sat and enjoyed an iced Carmel machiato. Normally, this starbucks is packed, but i got lucky. I was in an out fast and the staff was really nice.Parking: Outside mall parking“

“I completely messed up and sent my mobile order to the wrong location about 20 minutes away. I realized I did this as I was pulling in. Didn't want to make a fuss about it so I re ordered my drinks and fully expected to pay. When I got to the window I asked if they had the number of the other location so I could let them know they could give those drinks away or take them for themselves! The girl working at the window around 6:45am (I think her name was Diana) deserves an award for customer service. I had no problem paying for new drinks since it was my mistake, but she went ahead and didn't charge me for my 2 coffees. As someone who goes to Starbucks daily, I truly do appreciate her doing this and will come back to this location whenever I'm in this area. Thank you for making my day!“

“The staff is FABULOUS. The baristas spend time on the attention to detail and ensure every customer feels special. I appreciate the speedy service with a smile. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only Starbucks on base I feel confident about when I place my order.“

“Even on my worst days the employees here never fail to bring a smile to my face. Their personable energy and kindness is always a great way to start my day. They are the main reason I continue to choose this Starbucks over others in the area (I mean they wrote happy birthday on my cup, how sweet is that?). “Had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The service was great, the people were friendly. The service was also fast, we got our order very quickly. Most importantly, the vibe in the entire location is excellent. The decor is awesome very modern, a place that I'd like to come even work remotely. Lots of seating area. “The drinks are always delicious and the staff is really nice and efficient at this location. However the parking lot situation is a big mess! If you enter from Linebaugh Avenue and try to go through the drive thru - you better hope there isn't already a line because if so you have to just wait until someone lets you cut them. I've seen things get heated between drivers over this. Plus, there's no way to circle around the building to get to the back of the line - instead it just puts you in the drive thru line and you're stuck. This store was just recently remodeled this year and I'm shocked this was such a huge oversight. Starbucks needs to either put a do not enter sign at the Linebaugh entrance or add a wrap around lane next to the drive thru lane.“

“Stopped in to work on my homework assignment. A young female comes in, sit down and puts her head on rhe table, and the male manager walks over and politely asks to please sit up, as soo. As he walks off she puts her head back on the table. The manager politely asks the young lady three times to sit up before notifying the police and asking her to.leave the establishment. The Manger handled the situation professionally, and give him 5 stars for a job we done.“

“I'm a long time superfan customer of Starbucks. I have Starbucks several times a week, every week. Today I ordered a Frappuccino that I always order, but today was different. I dont know what made this different, but it was THE BEST Peppermint Java Chip that I have had..ever!!! It had a strong coffee taste and the peppermint wasn't too overwhelming. The two ladies working were very friendly and provided a great customer service experience!! Please make sure that they are recognized for doing a great job today and I loved my drink!!!“

In fact, you can find a Starbucks in every state.Another great feature of Starbucks is the variety of coffee flavors they offer. “Typical Starbucks. ordered inside the store. Service was fast & efficient. Drink was delicious. They should lower their prices. I can see no reason for the prices to be so high. Store was neat & clean. Has there own parking lot as well as a drive thru.Parking: Right outside the store. Adequate amount of spaces-did not count them.“

“During our last stay (separate review - rated 1 out 5), the coffee was so poor in the room (was fine in the breakfast buffet area), my wife had to go down to the attached Starbucks (right off the lobby inside the Embassy Suites) to get some good coffee. “Cashier was friendly and ring me up and checked my giftcard balance without me asking. I loved my Grande Caramel Macchiato (hot). Also I asked for a cup of water- I was expecting some small dinky cup, but they gave ice water in a large cup. It's those little things. Great customer service. Pleasant surprise.“

“This Starbucks is located in the Target on N. Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa. We come here frequently when we are shopping at Target. I've never had any issues at this Starbucks....staff has always been super friendly and they've always had the drinks available when I order. Drinks are made well and taste great. The line does get pretty long depending on how many baristas they have working, which typically is only 1-2. I'll continue coming here!!“

“The crew in shift this minute at this location did a phenomenal job. One was multitasking taking orders on to registers. Orders came quickly, and even the manager was in the floor helping move things along. At TGH so it’s not a large Starbucks. Not much space for more that getting your order, eating/drinking, and lvn. “I'd give them 5 stars if the prices weren't absolutely outrageous. Comfortable environment and nice outdoor sitting area. Employees were friendly, and I got my order quickly. Once my gift card is used up I won't be coming here any more... the drinks are good but too expensive for what they are. You can get similar drinks from almost anywhere these days at half the price or even less.“

“Starbucks in TPA... I'll give you a 4. Why? Because your coffee and the fact that I can mobile order in the airport was a bonus on Tuesday morning when the line was long. Serious snaps high on this. Cause I needed some caffeine and clearly they got it going on with the mobile ordering. Phew! Needless to say I sat at my gate... ordered my caffeine fix... mosey'ed over to Starbucks grabbed my coffee from the pickup area and went back over to my gate and sat down again to sip my coffee. I then boarded my flight with coffee in tow back to New York. Was the caffeine fix good? Yep. My curiosity is are they consistent? Will I know? Probably not. Will I frequent this Starbucks? Only when I'm leaving TPA to get home to JFK but it sure is note worthy for the mobile order.“

There were ramps to get up to the sidewalk leading to the door. And it's mostly a smooth surface overall.“

“Have to hand it to the early a.m. employees at this location—They handled super long lines of anxious bar-exam-takers starting at 6:30 a.m. both mornings (7/26 and 7/27). Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, but the young man preparing the drinks and both young women at the register (a short haired blonde and a brunette) all handled things very efficiently and it was much appreciated by all the exam-takers trying to get their morning caffeine fix.“

“The line was literally never ending wrapped around the kiosk and into the open walk way and the employee's who were working remained kind and pleasant made my order perfect. The used my points split my payment and everything came out hot and fast. Loved it!“
