So y'all already know that I'm a Clementine Chef girl. Anything that the Sommers family makes, I WILL eat. Because these people throw down and are the kindest, most personable chefs you've ever met. We just tried this new pop-up in Seminole Heights called Vortex Mex! It is amazing!The cauliflower tacos and the pork canitas tacos are over the top amazing! The Tomitilla sauce you could drink it is so good. I would say that this is the best taco, Texmex place in Tampa for takeout or delivery!

The food here is absolutely incredible. Blows away the local Mexican offerings by a mile in flavor and portion size. And for a fair price, too. I had the cauliflower burrito, which was the size of my head and the sauce within it, heavenly. Dipping sauce included, definitely not necessary! It’s all good here so give it a try.
