“First time here. Didn't listen to naysayers. Our waitress, Nancy, was friendly, confident, knowledgeable, and wonderful. The food was delicious. We had the dinner for two. Mike had steak, and I had the mezzaluna (ravioli). We had the red sangria. We shared the chocolate dream. Everything was delicious. We ordered a lasagna to go for my son which was only $10. We will definitely be back.“

“Had our anniversary dinner at Bimini on a Tuesday night. The place was packed. Mark ordered the NY strip and lobster, I ordered the Mediterranean style Chilean Sea Bass. The food was excellent, the wait staff was attentive. The manager was especially attentive. We had a later reservation so I missed the white chocolate bread pudding (my favorite) for dessert but Cheryl, the manager, suggested the apple crisp-excellent. What a memorable evening. Will be back soon for the bread pudding.“

“I decided to try this restaurant after changing my plan not to eat at the seafood restaurant next door just because I wanted to have something new, and I’m absolutely happy with my decision. Vegetables from the food bar are fresh. They have extra exotic toppings that I’m sure you don’t see at other places. I personally love those toppings but don’t try if you have never had them before. The broths are also so delicious. I’ve been to K-pot and other all you can eat hot pot restaurants, and this restaurant is actually ?. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I visit FL.“

“This was my third time ordering food from here,normally it's very good on valentines ? day we order three shrimp fry rice with crab meat & vegetables the food was good but salty a little disappointed.Thay come highly recommended by a firefighter who happens to be a very good cook & enjoy the food as well ,salty food is a no no for me I use to go to somewhere else & I stop for that same reason but he said no give CAJUN EXPRESS A TRY you'll love it .I'm going to give then another chance seeing as it was a busy day on valentines ? day & I notice new people in the kitchen I'll let it slide,so when I come back in the near future I'll give another review won't tell my friend about the salty food he'll definitely stop coming“

“Fish sandwich was undercooked and hard.. gross.. too many young people there that don’t know what they’re doing i think.. threw half of it away.. it’s really good when it’s good but too often is not cooked right“

“Tried Red Crab for the first time today with my family, it was so amazing!!! Highly recommend the snow crab and shrimp, also the juicy special seasoning!!! Adam was our server and he was so accommodating, he even walked us through the entire menu!!! Service was excellent!!! Definitely will be back!! The ambiance was so beautiful!“
