“I want to give 5 stars to this restaurant only because the manager followed us outside to ask if everything was ok, so we told him that the food took too long and they got it wrong and had to wait more to bring the right order… so he apologized and offered to give us $20 gift card. Mistakes happen but it is managers like that who turn a negative experience into a positive one by acknowledging the mistake and apologizing.“

“One of my favorite restaurant chains for breakfast. Although a bit pricey, it's great food & service is usually top notch. I definitely recommend the Asiago bagel & the egg souffle. You can't go wrong with their sweets & pastries.Parking: The Forest Hill location is right next to Starbucks and a few other businesses so parking can get limited.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: I have a family member that is handicapped and uses a walker and this place is accommodating for such persons.“

“This place is DELICIOUS!!! Stumbled upon it when working up here and I'll definitely be back! The brown stewed chicken with rice and peas, plantains and veggie mix was very yummy!! I'd highly recommend giving them a try! They have very reasonably priced lunch specials, too!“

“Another reason I love your business so much, other than feeding me delicious fresh foods almost daily, is your thoughtfulness to little things that are really BIG things such as (1) recyclable, reusable, biodegradable togo bags & (2) the user friendly way you knot the bag so that I can easily open my order without destroying the bag hence useable again. “The butternut squash soup was excellent and the veg melt was fresh and delicious..you could tell the vegetables were grilled when you order the sandwich. not kept in a warmer...the staff is always friendly and helpful. my husband had the wedding soup he said as good as homemade...his roast beef was lean and flavorful. The hard roll was fresh and lighty toasted. great lunch outside...people watching...“

“We frequent this particular Olive Garden because the service is always good, the food is delicious, the place is clean and it's close to where we live. We decided to have dinner here last Monday evening and again, nothing disappointed. However, we would like to give a very special shout-out to our server, Elyse. Elyse was one of the most friendly and attentive servers we've ever encountered. From the moment we sat down she made us feel welcome, was informative, polite and displayed the energy of, not a server, but of a good friend. And the word "no" didn't exist in her vocabulary as everything we asked for was cheerfully afforded us and with a smile. We made sure that before we left, her manager was made aware of what a great personality she had and how comfortable she made us feel while we were in her care. Thank you, Elyse, for a very memorable evening at The Olive Garden. You're the reason we'll be coming back!“

“I've been to Cha Cha several times through the years. usually I reserve it for special events and everytime I go the food is always good and the staff is always polite. It's my usual go to for good Japanese food. I do want to set some expectations for anyone reading this, however. This is not a grandiose, 5 star elegant and fancy place and the menu is pretty decent and covers most anyones needs, but isn't quite the largest either. That is fine as what they have, is great! If you're looking for an upscale, overpriced bland food restaurant. This is not your place. There's major chains for that. If you're looking for genuinely good Japanese food, a cozy atmosphere, and an overall great place to get some Udon, have a Kirin and have a good time, than this is the place. Keep up the amazing work!“
