First watch has always been a weekly stop for me. Unfortunately I’ve had the unpleasant experience of dealing with terrible management at my favorite place. Placed an order online as I do 3+ times a week but they happen to be out of the chia seed pudding atm, the manager Steven grey said I had to drive up there In order to get a refund, he continued by being extremely condescending rushing me off the phone told me he couldn’t help me if I didn’t want to come up there then made a joke of it when my husband called. Saying I made him call because I was scared of him, later to end up in a yelling argument with him about how to treat customers and do his job, I called the office to explain and the director of operations had to educate Mr. Steven how To in fact process the refund over the phone but was unable to hold him Accountable for his nasty behavior. Super disappointed in the integrity of what I thought to be a great chain.
