I placed a mobile order today so I could have a quick and easy process without waiting. However, I found out my order was made wrong. I requested rosemary Parmesan bread, but they put it on white. I returned to the store to have it remade, but they told me they were out of rosemary Parmesan. So if you were out of what I ordered why wouldn’t you call me to let me know? His response was it’s basicslly the same thing so just assumed it would be ok. So he made up his mind and made the sandwich however he wanted instead of letting me know. Offered me no refund or help and just walked away from me. I wish I got his name, but it was a fairly larger guy who really didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Unfortunately I won’t be returning here ever again and I will have to contact someone else to let them know about this issue. Just wish I could understand why it’s that difficult to call your customer and let them know you’re out of a product before doing whatever you feel like to their order.
