I come to this Sloans usually about twice a week after dinner I usually have a pleasant experience. Tonight was my last time. I will take the trip to the Clematis location from now on. My daughter got candy and a plushie so we waited in the second line by the front for about 15 minutes. I went to put my things back as we had not been acknowledged or helped the entire time waiting. The store Manager Rae was then extremely rude and condescending. She spoke down to me as if I was not supposed to be waiting in the line that I usually would purchase candy at, that I have dozens of times in the past. She spoke down to me loudly in front of other customers and my child. It was absolutely mortifying and embarrassing to say the least. Your store manager really made a skeptical of the situation. My daughter really wanted a plushie so OK i switched lines, otherwise i would have left after being treated in such a manner. While waiting I hear her still talking badly about me to other team members where my child and others customer and myself could hear. Almost purposely. I am also a manager in the restaurant industry so this experience was bizarre for someone in "customer service" to be treating customers as such. I was shocked she was actually the manager at your store. On the way out another gentelman was waiting in the line. I let him know he would not be helped at that counter. I do want to add that the supervisor went on to help me and she was very sweet and pleasant.

Delicious cookies and caramelized apples, especially the chocolate and snickers one ♥️Kid-friendliness: Lots of sweets to choose from from the dispensers, stuffed animals and games. We didn't try the ice creams but they were super attractive too.

Staff was lovely. I was overwhelmed by the ice cream selection and asked two staff members for their personal suggestions...best 3 scoop sundae ever. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

First timer in a Sloan's. Beautiful location and store. Not impressed beyond that. Lots of cross contamination in the ice cream tubs and lots with freezer burn. Employees not very interested in working. The actual taste was okay but there are so many other places that I wouldn't bother with a Sloan's again.

The service here is awful. Not worth it. They speak to people with 0 manners. They embarrass my children who were in towels and they assumed they were soaking wet.This is not our first time with a horrible experience here. There are better local places with a more positive experience, after all, I am getting a scoop of ice cream lol

This ice cream shop has so much personality! They have a hot pink vibe. Cute merchandise, candy and fun themed purses inside (like taco purse and watermelon purse). It brought back so much nostalgia and distraction while we waited for service. The servers were very friendly. I settled on carrot cake and I think run raisin. The carrot cake was STELLAR! It had massive chunks of carrot cake. If I were local I'd visit more than my doctor would like. Kudos to the ice cream creators and design team here. It's awesome!

Kitchen articles with the F word plastered all over them are on display in the children's toys section. don't bring your young kids in there unless you want them to learn the F word at three years old.

My wife and was waiting in line to check out and the cashier decided to help other people who walked in after us. She just wanted to check out with a bag of candy and after checking out the people that were in front of us, she decided to walk away and help the people that walked in after we were already in line waiting to check out. Overall annoying experience.

This place is amazing and staff members are well trained and always ready to deliver a great customer service. It’s a perfect place to taste one of the top ice cream in the Country, and they have such great assortment of candy apples and chocolates. I love visiting Sloan’s with family and my kids are always happy to browse all their toys .. adults as well!!Dietary restrictions: I love their vegan flavors , very tasty and naturalKid-friendliness: Great staff always available to help families, big variety of toys selections and stuffed animalsWheelchair accessibility: Enough space to go around and large bathroom
Went in to purchase ice cream and there was a black male and white lady screaming at a couple trying to walk in 6 minutes before closing. They need to fire these two nasty humans rather being nice human beings. I also threw my ice cream away because the black male didn’t use gloves and touched the top of my ice cram and refused to change it

I walked in at 10:59 with my 2 years old daughter. She wanted to grab an ice cream for her. Soon as I walked in they said we are closed you must leave, you can’t walk in and they kicked my out. They saw my daughter crying for an ice cream and still refused to serve me. I had to drag my daughter out the store. Smh.
