A little customer service would be great. If a customer isn’t happy, fix it. Don’t argue with the customer. I should also note, you might want to explain the idea of an assortment to your staff. I asked for a dozen assorted and got two types in the box. When I asked, the cashier made it out to be my fault and didn’t offer to change out any. Oh, and the entire store is out of napkins. Do better, please.
