“High quality food all around. The jumbo shrimp and crab appetizers were fresh and delicious, accompanied by some very tasty sauces. The crab cake benedicts were very tasty - maybe the best crab cakes we have ever seen. However, the eggs were basically hard-boiled, they were NOT classic poached eggs, as the yolks were solid inside. That did not impact the taste, but is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. (If you are going to offer one benedict item on Mother's Day, you have to get that right!) We were very disappointed that the Mother's Day brunch menu was so abbreviated compared to the normal, weekly brunch menu. We had our sites on some of the standard brunch menu items, but the available brunch items were very limited. The value of the menu items was outstanding for the high level of quality (except for the over-cooked eggs). Definitely look forward to coming back when the full brunch menu is available.“

“I was visiting the hotel and ate at the bar several times. The food was great! The wings were crisp and juicy with great flavor. I also tried the chicken sandwich. This is next level with pimento cheese and apricot jam were fantastic! I definitely recommend it. If you want something light, go for the charcuterie! I did and I don’t regret it, but I wish I had ordered an extra to go home with. Last but certainly not the least are the bartenders and the drinks. Zach and Leslie are wonderful hosts with great personalities. Not only that, they can make 5 star drinks!!! My favorite 2 of the weekend were a bourbon sidecar and a vieux carre. These were both recommended by them and they were amazing not too sweet with a kick. Love it!!! Highly recommended and I will be back!“

“My boyfriend and I dined here as a birthday// anniversary dinner and everything was absolutely amazing. From the food, to the service to the ambiance. As soon as we walked in they had a table set up for us in the cutest little booth. Tommy our server was super knowledgeable and so sweet throughout the whole dinner ? The sommelier Jim helped choose the perfect wine to go with our dry aged ribeye - first time having dry aged and it was SO GOOD. Saji, Peter and Tommy helped with preparation preferences as well as the overall experience. Did not know you should get a dry aged cooked to a medium if you normally take your steak medium rare. It was so tender and flavorful. We had other courses such as the blue crab cake was my favorite and the scallops were my boyfriends. The mouse dessert was the icing on the cake ;) Thanks for making our day special.“

“Stopped by for a quick dinner, however it took about 12 min before we were even greeted by our server, it was around 8pm and wasn't busy. We went ahead and ordered and got our salads and bread before our waters, which we had to ask for again. The server was friendly and the food came out quickly and was on par with what is expected.“

“So, this is a nice affordable place to eat alone or with friends and family.Food portions are good and some of what we ate was delicious.Fries were too salty though, loaded mash potatos didn't taste great either (some potato peels in there), and the waiters served us the wrong meal twice??! In their defence it was rush hour so maybe too many orders taken at once.Asides that, it was a good experience, ample parking space well.“

“My wife and I go to Longhorn often. We find their filet as good as Brookwood, Redland's and J Alexander--- and a lot cheaper. Superior to Outback in steak, sides, and salads. All salads a re fresh and the dressings great. As far as service, we have never been disappointed. All servers are professional, friendly, and attentive. A very relaxing restaurant. Especially in Roswell and Cumming/Alpharetta GA.“

“It was just ok. We were there on mother's day, I get it, they were busy. We put our name on the list via the website. We received a text saying we would be seated in 15 minutes. We were all there and then waited another 45 minutes. We were rushed to order even though they said the kitchen was backed up. My daughter ordered the filet. Disappointing. Overall not a great experience. Definitely better at the old location.We will try again on a Tuesday or Wednesday when maybe it's not so crazy.“

“For Easter we made 2 dinner reservations for a party of 10 at 2 different restaurants. Simply because we attend a big church and didn't know what time we would be out of the parking lot. We made it to our 2:45pm reservation only to find out the kitchen closed at 3:15. It made no sense. So we came over to Firebirds and we were so glad we did. They were able to accommodate my inability to count (my reservation should have been for 11) and we were quickly sat. Within minutes BOTH servers came to the table to greet us and get drink orders. And moments after that the manager came to touch the table. That level of service is what I expect and it was great. The food was very good because I cleaned my plate (which I usually don't do) and almost everyone took dessert home and it was fantastic. I don't have pictures because we were so hungry we devoured our food. We will ba back and soon!“
