Placing a reservation means absolutely nothing; you're still going to have to wait nearly an hour before a table is ready.
We attended the Buckhead Restaurant for an Anniversary and Party celebration which was a party of 20. We were seated promptly. Thomas our server was very friendly and handled the large party very well. Then Chef Friday and Dakota put the icing on the cake with their outstanding delivery. They really made an awesome celebration exceptional. I would certainly recommend this place and the attendants again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I picked up over $200 of food for a work lunch with a coworker, and they gave the wrong order. I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours. The manager is not this busy to not answer the phone. This is the worst place ever. So unorganized, they should have more than one manager on duty or authorize employees to give refunds if customers show proof. This is uncalled for. I am pissed off at the level of unprofessionalism and extreme lack of customer service. I did not get any of my food; the food I received was dry and not fresh. This restaurant used to be great, and the staff was very friendly. However, it has now become unruly, and the staff is rude. They act as though they do not want to work. If you do not enjoy your job and have a bad attitude, you should either not work here or consider changing your profession.
