“I had wings and nachos with local beers for dinner.I like my choice! Great!Good foods and services, but, after a hour here inside with my friends, I felt my throat was getting sore and loose my voice because the air inside is too bad. My throat was sore for 2 days after I had dinner with my friends here.It maybe good to sit outside.“

“Allow me to set the mood! It’s Hoopz last night in Atlanta before moving back to Seattle. As such, I wanted something close to his area, good, and that I had never tied before. Naturally I end up on Yelp performing a search and Boom! I stumbled across Argosy. Though I have been in this area numerous times, I have never noticed Argosy. However, tonight was the night… I was excited as the restaurant has its own private lot. Woo Hoo! Anyone who knows the area can’t attest that parking is not the best when it comes to available spaces. Once parked, we headed inside. Argosy is humongous. I’m talking super big covered patio area in the front, when you walk through that space to get to the main area, the inside is HUGE as well. The setup has your organic local bar feel and is musically vibrant and upbeat. Upon walking in we were seated within moments. The table setup makes good use of the space as you don’t feel crowded at all. We were a party of 2 and the tables next to us were a party of 10 and we both had ample space. As I looked over the menu, this is the traditional bar food menu with the Argosy twist. This makes for a limited selection to choose from, however, there is at least one traditional favorite of each food element in the menu. Our server arrived at the table within moments, welcomed us to the venue and took our drink orders. She was very pleasant and displayed a joyous smile. After a few moments of burger vs. fries, I decided to get the Wings and Fries and babeeeeeeeeeee. These wings were amazing. The wings come in a sauce I have never had before, and now that I have had it, I want to continue having it. It’s like a Buffalo style sauce not too spicy, with an Argosy taste twist to them. As far as the French fries… Hear me clearly. The art of a Homemade fry is not something everyone can execute well. However, Argosy has discovered the ART of fry making. The fries are crunchy on the outside, however, soft and fluffy on the inside. Furthermore, the fries are lightly salted which brings out the authentic taste of the potato. To make it even better, the fries aren’t too oily or overly greasy. Though I loved my wings, the French fries stole the night!! All in all, I will be back at Argosy soon as I MUST try the burger next.“

“We can here on a Saturday night game day. It wasn’t too busy. There’s pool and bowling, shuffle boards and stuff. A great place to come with friends. We were able to get a seat outside on the top balcony with a view over the battery. Lots of TV’s everywhere to anyone who wasn’t able to get tickets to the game (us). The staff were very pleasant, the manager Abdul and waiter Joey took great of us. I ordered the night in jalisco cocktail , very nice, and the game day burger. Everything came out quickly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun relaxed atmosphere.“

“Visited for the first time with my husband and sons for Mother's Day. Parked in paid lot behind the restaurant. However, they provided 2 hour complimentary parking. Made reservations and took a little while to be seated on the roof top which was very nice. Our waiter and waitress were very accommodating and attentive.Ok, so we ordered the pork belly nachos for an appetizer. We all found this dish to be lacking on the pork belly. It was pretty good topped with cheese, guacamole, sour cream and very little shredded pork belly. As for the main dishes, the shrimp fried rice was in a bowl and filling. Filled with Alot of shrimp. I enjoyed the strawberry and spinach salad topped with salmon. Super delicious. Included pine nuts, golden raisins, strawberry and iceberg lettuce. Very filling. The salmon was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The wings were large and in charge and very tasty. The roasted salmon entree was kind of small but delicious. The fried chicken katsu w/ fries was tender and very flavorful. So all in all I would definitely recommend this place for outside eating for lunch or dinner. Ron, the manager checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to our waiter and waitress and the manager for an awesome Mother's Day dinner. We will be visiting again.Parking: Complimentary 2 hour parking in paid lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed. The also had a small kid's menu.“
